Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

Real Advice: Just do the jail time. You will NEVER be able to comply with ANY part of that deal. It will be a few days in segregation and you can eat all the Doritos you can afford...of course customs won't like it.

He should take the deal, being that judges don't punish celebs who fail these tests or break the rules.

Nothing is happening. His accountant writes a check and he is out of it. TMZ gets to type the word 'sizzurp' again.

Fight the case. The D.A doesn't have anything and he will go free, with charges dropped

id take the is a proven fact once on probation as a celeb you do not have to abide by it.because when you violate it.they just slap you on the wrist when you go back in front of the judge.

It sucks that celebrities, for the most part, get all the special deals/treatment. A regular citizen (9 times out of 10) would have just gotten jail time. They're too lenient on celebrities. Fair is fair and they have to learn sometime. And sometimes that lesson have to be the hard way.

I would want to see a picture of him blowing his car everytime he wants to drive. How does one install an ignition interlock device on a Fisker? Is that like customizing your car? Can he get it in gold and covered in diamonds?

Didn't I just read this?
Oh no, that was Lindsey Lohan. 'm sorry.
(I can't stress this enough--the judges and courts pulling this sh!t can't do it IF YOU VOTE THEY'RE NOT THERE TO DO IT.

He is too stupid and arragant to take the deal, and if he does, he is just dumb enough that he wilkl continue to act like the dumb little punk that he is is and he will violate the terms and be sent to jail. Bottom line, bet on this, he will turn down the plea deal.

Lol it will never work. They will do a random drug test on the wrong day for him... He will fail... And boom there goes the dynamite.
