Chris Brown

Stuck in Jail 'Til June ... At Least

4/23/2014 2:22 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0423_chris_brown_tmzChris Brown will rot behind bars until June -- at the very least -- because the singer's latest bid for freedom was just DENIED.

Brown -- who was jailed last month after getting booted from rehab -- was flown to D.C. and promptly jailed  as he awaited trial in his assault case.

The trial was supposed to start today ... but it was just postponed until June.

Brown asked the judge in the Rihanna beating case to release him, but the judge just shut him down.

Translation: Brown will soon be flown back to L.A. -- where he'll remain in jail until June ... at the very least.  It looks like he'll be flown back to D.C. on Con air ... a trip way worse than economy.

The stakes are high ... if Brown is convicted in D.C. ... the judge in the Rihanna case could violate his probation and sentence Brown to four years in PRISON.

OMG! If he gets sent back to LA, they'll let him loose by saying the jails are overcrowded! WHY can't he STAY where he is where judges seem to have MORE BRAINS than in LA!

Finally something to cheer about. I wonder how smug this a hole is acting now. nice to know that there is real justice once you get out of LALA land and the pampering these celebs get. This is called KARMA for this pathetic woman beating, pansy.

this is insane. dont you gus have a heart at all? Chris Brown does not deserve jail like this. Hes suffered way too much for the actual crime. the rihanna case happened a llloooonnngggg time ago, please let it go. he has payed his due for that at least two years ago. punching the fan, well, maybe a few weeks in jail but this is just completely overboard. The judge obviously has something against chris brown cus this punishment is completely overboard. I have a friend who has been in jail and to the hospital and gone through years of therapy and counseling and phsyciatrist stuff for a very small reason, punching someone that bullied him in high school. Ive seen stuff like this and I believe chris's punishment is way overboard. The rihanna case happened way too long ago for him to be punished for that now. he has payed his due for that a long time ago. and for the fan punching, it was said in interviews and gossipy poparazzi people that chris is diagnosed with bipolar disorder, severe insomnia and sever post tramatic stress. Jail will only make him worse, its always made people worse for the most part. Chris needs help, serious help. and jail will not give him that. please dont do this to him anymore. hes had enough, hes suffering and becoming depressed. hes had enough, he has learned his lesson.

I don't wish jail on most prisoners bc they are non violent drug offenders. This guy on the other hand, needs a lesson big time! He's just a young punk

On the plus side, by the time he faces the judge on the probation violation he'll probably get time served.

This loser doesn't even realize how easy he had it. I guess the good thing is the crime took place in DC instead of LA , where there's no justice when it comes to celebs.

It's only because he's black. Bieber, Hilton and Lohan all got away while he rots in jail. It's white privilege. Next..
