Andre Berto's mom had one helluva Mother's Day -- when her boxer superstar son surprised her with a FLORIDA MANSION ... and you gotta see her reaction!

TMZ Sports has the video ... when Andre (who reportedly made around $7 mil for his last 2 fights) brought his parents to the 5,000 square foot crib he secretly purchased in Winter Haven, Florida.

Berto wouldn't give us an exact number -- but says he dropped more than $1 mil on the pad -- which boasts 6 bedrooms, a sick pool and a great location inside an exclusive gated community.

"I wanted to make my mother happy," Berto told us.

Mission accomplished.
