Roger Clinton, Bill's half-brother, has been charged with driving under the influence for allegedly tooling through Redondo Beach last month well above the legal limit.
Roger flunked the field sobriety test and refused to submit to a chemical test, something he's required to do by law. The Redondo Beach City Attorney has also charged Roger with refusal to take the test, which carries a mandatory 48 hours in jail.
It's not Clinton's first DUI. He was popped in 2001.
Take that, Mr. Comey.
