He wasn’t just a DJ; he was a pillar of our stations, bringing joy to countless listeners with his legendary 'Throwback at Noon and Friday Night Live' sets."

The station adds ... "Mr. Cee’s influence stretched far beyond the airwaves, shaping the very fabric of NYC’s DJ culture. Our hearts are heavy as we send our love and condolences to his family and the fans whose lives he touched through his music. Rest easy, Mr. Cee. Your legacy will live forever."

We're told Josh's body was found in his room -- with drug paraphernalia and residue also discovered ... which is why police are treating his death as a possible OD.

Cole Brings Plenty -- best known for the "Yellowstone" spinoff "1923" -- has been found dead in Kansas ... this less than a week after he went missing, law enforcement has confirmed.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Friday they discovered Cole -- whose uncle Mo Brings Plenty stars in "Yellowstone" -- late Friday morning in a wooded area after a person noticed an unoccupied vehicle nearby and notified authorities.

Johnson County deputies are currently leading the investigation ... and investigators are still present at the scene. The exact circumstances of his death have yet to be revealed.

The man who died after a pit bull attack at his home suffered a slow and painful final few minutes of life after getting mauled by his own canines ... this according to officials.

The autopsy report for Dominic Cooper is in -- and per the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office ... the man ended up dying as a result of blood loss and physical exhaustion, which the M.E. notes was directly related to the injuries he sustained in the mauling.
