Nicky Diaz Santillan is the former housekeeper of gubernatorial candidate and eBay founder, Meg Whitmas. Santillan claims Whitman employed her for nine years, knowing she was an illegal immigrant, then fired her in 2009 because of her campaign. Whitman has said Santillan provided her with false documents, including a drivers license and social security card, and that she was unaware Santillan was in the country illegally. Santillan hired attorney, Gloria Allred, and sued the eBay founder for back wages, totaling a little more than $6 thousand.
