World Champion Turkey Eater -- The Deep-Fried Thanksgiving GLUTTONFEST

He set a world record when he consumed 6.91 pounds of turkey meat in 8 minutes -- but this Thanksgiving, competitive eating machine Patrick "Deep Dish" Bertoletti is getting TOTALLY FRIED!

Deep Dish tells TMZ ... he's going balls out for a Turkey Day ... as in DEEP FRIED STUFFING BALLS WITH A GRAVY CENTER!!!! And that's just the beginning!!!!

Deep Dish says he's personally preparing the stuffing balls for a feast at his parents' house near Chicago -- on top of two other gut-busting dishes ... a deep-fried brussels sprouts salad with a butter-balsamic-pecan vinaigrette, and braised ox tails.

DD tells us, he was planning to deep fry the ox tails too -- but he just couldn't find the right recipe to make his dream a reality.

To wash it all down, Bertoletti says he's preparing a special cranberry juice cocktail ... "just like the Pilgrims made."
