The Chicago Bears star, whose $30 million contract expires in two seasons, is the proud new tenant of a 2,000 sq. ft, 3-bdrm, 3-bath condo at the very top of a Chicago high-rise.
His swanky new crib also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and panoramic city views ... so next time he's benched with a broken thumb he'll have plenty to stare at.
The apartment would sell for a shade over a million dollars -- but Cutler, who is expecting a baby with fiancée Kristin Cavallari, is shelling out around $6,100 a month in rent for the sleek, but not-so-permanent digs.
