Adrienne Maloof is surviving divorce in a big way -- 5 months after hers she's dropped $12.75 million on a GINORMOUS 14,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills ... TMZ has learned.

Adrienne's been renting a 10,000-square-foot casa ever since breaking things off with Paul Nassif -- but apparently that wasn't nearly enough house for her.

Instead, our real estate sources say Adrienne swooped up a bigger, better place last month in the same swanky gated BH community ... which means Charlie Sheen's still her neighbor.

Money can't buy everything -- but it did get Adrienne 14,025 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a pool and epic views from her balcony.

Gloria Gaynor would be proud.
