Seriously.
Multiple sources confirm ... the dude in this video wearing the Chicago Blackhawks jersey is, in fact, Manziel -- who raged at 1 OAK nightclub on the Sunset Strip until the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The video was shot literally HOURS after he issued a statement vowing to "take care of his issues" so he can get back to the NFL.
Our sources tell us ... Manziel was not drinking in the club -- but you can see him dancing and enjoying himself with his crew.
