Jason Derulo's New Girl Has Rhythm!

Jason Derulo's moving on from Daphne Joy to someone who can keep up with his dance moves onstage ... and in the bedroom.

We got Jason at LAX where he was hangin' with one of his backup dancers, Ragon Miller. We ask if she's his new boo ... he pleads the 5th, but kind of gives it up.

Jason's also got a new approach on dating -- never change, 'cause apparently he can do no wrong.

As for whether dancers are better between the sheets, Jason says it best ... rhythm is key.
