'Brady Bunch' Star Unloads Inheritance

'Brady Bunch' star Maureen McCormick clearly isn't one to get attached -- she just turned an inherited property into cold hard cash.

Maureen -- aka "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" -- inherited a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pad in Woodland Hills, CA and unloaded the place for $635k ... a nice chunk o' change for a place built in 1952! The inheritance was shared, and according to docs ... the profit will be too.

We're told she never lived in the 1,346 sq. ft house, which has hardwood floors and a brick fireplace. Maureen was repped by Liz Halen with White House Properties.

It's unclear who left Maureen the property, but we can confirm she did not play catch in the backyard. Probably for the best ...
