The couple squeezed in some grocery shopping Monday in L.A. and squeezed each other. They hit up a local organic market in the middle of the day.

The couple began dating right before Abel kicked off his huge world tour on the heels of his album, "Starboy," in January. He's on a break right now before the second leg begins in September and Selena's clearly got a tight grasp ... still.
