Kathryn Dennis' recent DUI isn't the only legal woe on her plate, but it is the only one that's pressing at the moment ... 'cause a hit-and-run case her car was involved in is still in limbo.

Here's the deal ... the "Southern Charm" star might've recently been involved in a DUI bust in South Carolina -- but there's another case that has ties to her (or her vehicle, more like) in the same state ... in which her car is alleged to have been involved in a hit-and-run.

This happened way back in October -- Kathryn was identified as a suspect in a hit-and-run investigation after a sheriff’s deputy was injured outside an elementary school ... although she was never arrested or charged with a crime because they couldn't pin her as the driver.

F1 star Esteban Ocon is addressing the backlash he's faced after wrecking into Alpine teammate Pierre Gasly on the first lap of the Monaco Grand Prix ... saying he's been on the receiving end of some nasty abuse and negativity online.

It was a tough weekend for the 27-year-old French driver -- he was forced to retire after making contact with Gasly ... going airborne and damaging his car in the process.

Ocon admitted it was his fault for trying to pass Gasly when an opening wasn't available ... but despite owning up to the mistake, there were rumblings he could get benched over it all.

Body cam footage from Scottie Scheffler's arrest at the PGA Championship earlier this month has just surfaced ... and in the new video, you can hear the world's best golfer admitting he "should have stopped" for the cop who was barking orders at him outside the major event.

The clip was posted on Facebook back on May 23 -- six days after Scheffler was first arrested -- but it just began making its rounds on other social media apps on Wednesday morning.

It shows Scheffler in the back of a squad car minutes after he allegedly ignored a policeman and then dragged him with his vehicle as he attempted to make his way into Valhalla Golf Club to get ready for his early morning tee time.

Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania is recovering after getting into a nasty car accident, but the same can't be said for her brand new Mercedes that got smashed up in New Jersey.

According to new police documents obtained by TMZ ... Milania was involved in the crash on Friday when her luxury convertible collided with another car in Boonton, NJ.

The report says there was some disagreement on the scene about who was to blame for the wreck ... with Milania claiming the other driver ran a stop sign, slowly traveled through an intersection and hit her car.

A local news crew in Milwaukee captured a brutal hit-and-run on camera ... and the viral moment happened totally by chance.

As TMJ4 journalist Kaylee Staral shared with her followers on X, she was in a Milwaukee neighborhood following up on a shooting in the area ... when a silver sedan came barreling down the street.

Check it out ... the journalist and a bystander are chatting on a sidewalk when a loud screeching sound is heard off-camera. The silver sedan avoids crashing into an SUV, but seconds later drives head-on into a parked minivan.

NASCAR's All-Star race Sunday night looked a whole lot more like a UFC event -- at least at the end -- when Ricky Stenhouse Jr. hauled off and socked Kyle Busch in the face for wrecking into him earlier in the evening.

The scene was chaotic ... after getting run over by Busch in the second lap of the contest at North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina, Stenhouse Jr. waited all night long to confront the NASCAR superstar in the raceway's garage.

He got in Busch's face, told him he was pissed over the crash ... and then he threw a right hand that connected with the driver's left cheek. He appeared to throw at least one more punch -- before all hell then broke loose.

Former UFC fighter Geane Herrera -- who also competed in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) -- tragically passed away following a fatal motorcycle crash in Florida on Saturday.

He was only 33 and a few days shy of his 34th birthday.

The Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles told us the incident happened around 10:45 PM at Gandy Bridge in Tampa, FL ... when Herrera crashed into the back of another vehicle at a "very high rate of speed."

A driver was arrested early Friday morning after leading Los Angeles cops on a WILD chase through the streets and eventually onto the freeway ... which ended with a bloody crash.

This whole thing reportedly kicked off in the Santa Monica area -- and while it's unclear why exactly police officers first tried to pull this woman over ... it quickly became clear she wasn't going to stop, and the cavalry got called in to take her down the longer she kept driving.

The pursuit lasted quite a while, and the more erratic it became -- the more news helicopters arrived to capture the action ... at one point, it made its way onto the busy 405 freeway.

A tanker truck went up in flames on a Colorado freeway that left one person dead -- and TMZ has footage of the moment it happened ... including somebody driving through the fire.

Check it out ...new video that just got released shows truck driver Sydney Thomas making her way down the Kentucky bridge when a regular pickup truck swerves out of its lane to avoid a stalled out electric vehicle -- crashing into Thomas' semi-truck.

As Sydney's vehicle veers off course, it blows through the bridge's side railing ... with the front end of the truck left dangling 100 feet above the river. A distressed Sydney calls out for help ... which eventually came, as she was left dangling for 45 minutes after the collision.

Star boxer Jermall Charlo was arrested in Texas on Monday night ... after cops claimed he crashed his Lamborghini Urus while intoxicated.

A spokesperson for the Pearland Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports ... Charlo, riding in his red Lambo, and another car were involved in a collision at around 6:41 PM -- but after a verbal argument between the two drivers ensued, Charlo left the scene, which cops say is a no-no.

When authorities attempted to pull him over, they say Charlo ignored their sirens ... until he was boxed in by cops at a red light roughly a mile away from the accident area.

Chance Perdomo will forever be the only Andre Anderson for "Gen V" ... producers announced Sunday they won't cast another actor in the role after his untimely death.

The team behind the popular "The Boys" spin-off announced the news on the show's official Instagram account ... penning an emotional tribute to the late star who died earlier this year.

Basically, the post says the team's looking for the best way to honor Chance's memory ... and, ultimately they say they've decided casting a new actor in the part isn't going to work.

The Secret Service is investigating a fatal crash -- a car slamming into a White House barrier sent agents and D.C. police scrambling.

The action went down late Saturday night, around 10:45, as a speeding car collided with one of the outer perimeter gates surrounding the White House grounds.

Metropolitan PD officers responded, but Secret Service agents were also immediately on the scene, surrounding the silver sedan ... which smashed head-on into the concrete barrier.

A man riding an ATV landed in the hospital after a cop intentionally blocked his path on the road -- which forced the guy to crash into the windshield ... and folks are divided.

This happened recently in New Haven, CT -- where a police officer was cruising along a narrow trail at a park that's technically only open to pedestrians ... this after complaints that folks have been driving there illegally, including ATV and off-road vehicles.

As the officer slowly cruises up the road, he passes families and other bystanders walking in the opposite direction ... and a few seconds later, he sees this ATV flying his way.

Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes are reportedly expecting to be without Rashee Rice for "at least" half of the 2024 NFL season ... due to his role in that wild March 30 car crash in Dallas.

James Palmer, a former NFL Network on-air talent, made the report while chatting about the Chiefs' wide receiver room with Steve Smith on the ex-Carolina Panthers star's podcast on Wednesday.

Palmer said he knows for a fact Rice will receive a punishment from Roger Goodell after admitting to being behind the wheel of one of the cars that caused the accident. He then added that Reid, Mahomes and K.C. are bracing for, at minimum, an eight-game ban for the second-year wide receiver.
