Sandra Lee -- AKA Dr. Pimple Popper -- says she's "getting better and better every day" after suffering a stroke last November.

TMZ caught up with the viral dermatologist -- and founder of SLMD Skincare -- in L.A. on Monday to see how she's doing now ... and she tells us she's focusing on taking better care of herself.

She assures us she's bouncing back and has returned to work, but is still having some small setbacks, saying ... "It's a little bit harder if I'm overworked or overstressed."

The doc says sometimes her voice falters or the grip in her left hand isn't as strong ... but she's still got a sense of humor about it.

Vincent Zampella died from burns and smoke inhalation after being trapped inside his burning car ... TMZ has learned.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner says the "Call of Duty" creator suffered thermal injuries and smoke inhalation, with blunt trauma also listed as a significant condition. His death was ruled accidental.

As we reported ... Zampella was killed in December 2025 in a single car crash along the Angeles Crest Highway.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... production on the highly anticipated Amazon series has resumed after a pause due to the actress getting injured. We hear the pause will not impact the production schedule.

As we previously reported ... Sophie suffered an undisclosed injury -- and she was sidelined for a couple of weeks. We hear that although ST is doing several of her own stunts for the series, she was not hurt while on the clock.

MMA fighter Maycee Barber got choked up talking about her knockout loss over the weekend, saying she looked dead lying there on the canvas.

Barber posted a video on X after she was savagely beaten by her opponent, Alexa Grasso, during their UFC flyweight matchup in Seattle on Saturday night.

In the first round, Grasso landed a hard left to the face, dropping Barber like a sack of potatoes before finishing her off by choking her out. Barber was left lying limp on the canvas with a blank stare in her eyes. Grasso was announced the winner of the fight.
