Alex Jones is living it up in Hawaii, chillin' by the pool and downing drinks ... even though his massive debt to the families of Sandy Hook victims remains unpaid.

Eyewitnesses on the island of Kaui tell TMZ ... the controversial podcaster was at a ritzy resort earlier this week with his wife Erika, and they didn't appear to have any other family or friends hanging with them.

Jones was dressed pretty relaxed for his tropical vacay ... sticking to t-shirts and shorts while he hung around the hotel pool and bar area.

Diddy's making a statement with a new Instagram post ... sharing one of his most epic music video clips, one where he's evading police -- which is raising eyebrows on social media.

The embattled music producer/rapper posted the full "Victory" music vid, which opens on a post-apocalyptic Earth in the year 3002, and almost instantly sees Puffy running from officers decked out in SWAT gear.

Danny DeVito also stars in the vid -- which is more like a short film -- and says Diddy's character has been running for years without getting caught, and then "Most Wanted" pops up onscreen.

Akon says he doesn't party enough to know the ins and outs of Diddy's party scene, but he's hoping the truth comes out, for everyone involved, and perhaps ... the industry learns a few lessons.

TMZ spoke to Akon Friday at LAX, and the multi-platinum hitmaker tells us the constant scandals in the music industry are simply bad for business.

In the suit, O'Marcaigh alleges she was doing her job during the shindig -- which she claims was advertised as a family-friendly excursion -- and King came on, after which she claims he immediately became fixated on her, uncomfortably so.

Shakira has a hot take on herself -- she thinks that the yodeling she became known for 20+ years ago mortifies her now, despite it being the secret sauce to her early success.

The Colombian singer spilled the beans on "Hot Ones" ... when host Sean Evans asked what moments from her early days made her wince, she copped up to overdoing those signature cries in her voice.

Shakira even busted out the vocal technique for Sean ... and TBH, it takes us back to her early hip-shaking "Whenever, Wherever" days -- but for the singer, she's just glad she dialed it down 'cause it was "exaggerated" and "too much Shakira."
