Justin Timberlake isn't nearly as concerned about his DWI case as some fans are, because he's not following the typical celeb playbook after such an arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Justin has no plans to check into a rehab facility following Tuesday morning's arrest in Sag Harbor, NY. It's not uncommon for Hollywood types to take proactive steps after a drug or alcohol-related arrest to look good before a judge.

Voluntarily seeking treatment in rehab or alcohol education classes can put them in a position for a better plea deal, but Justin has a different plan, and, perhaps ... for good reason.

Frightening moment on a Texas road ... two cyclists were knocked off their bikes and run over by a car ... and it's all on video.

The horrifying footage -- captured on Monday -- shows the cyclists pedaling hard in the right lane of a road just outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport ... when a white SUV comes up from behind and rams into them, knocking them off their bikes.

One biker gets knocked off their bike entirely and goes toppling to the ground ... while the other biker stays upright a bit before eventually going down too, and getting crushed.

Justin Timberlake has a prime opportunity to save lives in the wake of his arrest, but only if he's willing to own up to the alleged DWI ... so says Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Stacey D. Stewart, CEO of MADD, tells TMZ that JT is seriously lucky his night out in Sag Harbor, NY didn't end tragically ... with himself or someone else getting hurt. But, that being said, she's imploring the singer to use his celebrity to condemn impaired driving.

At the moment, it doesn't look like that will happen, not for awhile -- not until the case is settled, and JT's high-powered lawyer is, at least, saying they're ready to fight tooth and nail.

Justin Timberlake had sage advice for one of his concert crowds just two nights before his DWI arrest ... and his words of wisdom could have come in handy for himself in Sag Harbor.

TMZ obtained video from Justin's Saturday tour stop in Miami, where he told a packed house at the Kaseya Center to "be careful out there" -- this after chit-chatting with the audience and asking if there were any singles in the building, playfully noting "the night is young."

Check it out ... JT was in jovial mood this past weekend while performing in the Magic City -- bantering with the crowd and eventually noting he'd have to be asking for forgiveness the next day (Sunday) ... which just so happened to be Father's Day.

Remy's son is being represented by attorney Dawn Florio, and Remy says, via the law office, "As his mother, I want to address this situation personally but have been strongly advised by his legal counsel not to say anything -- as most people in similar situations are informed by their attorneys due to it being an active case.

Remy Ma's eldest child and another man are being accused of first-degree murder -- they're currently in police custody.

Justin Timberlake's got a UFC superstar ready to fight for his freedom ... with Conor McGregor throwing his support behind the singer following his DWI arrest.

Notorious reacted to the "Selfish" crooner's legal troubles roughly 24 hours after the news broke on Tuesday ... and he's certainly not turning his back on Timberlake over the matter.

The actress was spotted filming her new show, "The Better Sister," Tuesday in NYC ... where she appeared unfazed by her hubby's recent legal drama in Sag Harbor, which is a couple hours east of where she's shooting in the Big Apple.

Jessica stunned in her costume for the Prime Video series ... wearing a body-hugging black and tan dress while sporting a chic bob. The actress -- who has been married to the *NSYNC alum since 2012 -- smiled wide while waiting for her moment in front of the camera.

Britney Spears enjoyed a mini celebration topped off with a cocktail just hours after her ex-BF Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

In a Tuesday night Instagram post, the pop star uploaded a photo of a mixed drink in a glass with a cherry garnish on the rim and a yellow flower petal floating in the liquid, which may or may not have contained alcohol. She wrote in the caption, "It's the little things you know."

Justin Timberlake isn't losing any luster in the Hamptons with his DWI arrest -- the posh hotel where he drank before getting busted says the singer's legal issues won't prevent him from getting a table or a room.

As we've reported ... JT was dining with friends at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY Monday night before getting arrested for allegedly driving drunk. He told cops he'd only had one martini before getting behind the wheel.

Ted Conklin, owner of The American Hotel, tells TMZ ... the property will welcome Justin back with open arms and they have no plans to ban him -- mainly because he was a model customer while there.

Video of a wooden chair being thrown off a New York City high rise last week is making the rounds on social media -- and for good reason ... it's absolutely terrifying, and it wasn't the only thing this man allegedly chucked off the side.

The NYPD tells us they arrested a 33-year-old man from South Florida for allegedly throwing a chair from the 20th floor of a tall building in midtown Manhattan -- in addition to other pieces of furniture, which cops say he started chucking from a terrace.

Justin Timberlake is now a member of the celebrity mug shot club ... as his booking photo from jail has been released following his DWI arrest -- and he certainly looks bleary-eyed.

The singer was arrested on Monday evening after being pulled over by police in Sag Harbor, NY for driving while intoxicated. In a police report obtained by TMZ ... cops say they first spotted Justin after he blew through a stop sign. JT sparked further concern after his gray BMW UT was allegedly swerving on the road.

TMZ has found video that shows Justin Timberlake cruising down the street in Sag Harbor early Tuesday before he was pulled over by cops and arrested for DWI ... and based on what he told police, it appears he was following some friends who were leading the way.

Check out this footage we tracked down from surveillance cameras in the area ... it captures a black sedan heading south on Main Street -- a block away from the American Hotel, where Justin left moments earlier -- and a second or two later, you see JT's vehicle pop into frame.

The vehicle matches the description cops gave in their police report to a T -- a gray BMW UT -- and you can see Justin was following closely behind on the road ... not necessarily swerving or driving erratically, at least not in this clip anyway.

Justin Timberlake isn't shying away from the spotlight following his DWI arrest -- in fact, he's stepping right into it later this week ... 'cause he's all set to perform in the Windy City.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... JT will, in fact, perform in Chicago starting Friday -- which kicks off two tour dates there in town that were previously scheduled. We're told Justin has every intention to hit the stage in Chi-Town for both Friday and Saturday's shows.

No word on whether Justin will address the DWI arrest -- directly or indirectly -- but at the very least, we're told his fans can expect their regularly scheduled programming from him.
