Jana Duggar is speaking out as her brother Joseph Duggar's arrest sends shockwaves through the family and she says they never saw it coming.

The "Counting On" alum took to Instagram Thursday, insisting the Duggars had "no prior knowledge" of the allegations before they became public.

"We are deeply saddened and heartbroken," Jana wrote, describing the situation as shocking and painful for the entire family.

Brady Ebert -- ex-guitarist for Turnstile -- has been charged with the attempted murder of his former bandmate's dad.

According to The Baltimore Banner, Ebert "intentionally [drove]" into William Yates -- the 79-year-old dad of Turnstile frontman, Brendan Yates -- with his car on Sunday.

The report says William suffered "trauma to his lower extremities" ... and court records show Ebert's being charged with attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault.

Yates' family members reportedly told the cops that Ebert had shown up to the house, swearing and honking the horn.

They say he drove off ... but ultimately came back, the outlet reports. Detectives reportedly have security footage of the incident that allegedly shows Ebert struck William with his car as he tried to run away.

The Baltimore Banner says Ebert had come back again while William was waiting for first responders, allegedly saying he "deserved it."

According to the outlet, William told police Ebert had been "causing problems for his family since being fired from the band."

Ebert was kicked out of Turnstile back in 2022 because of "a consistent pattern of harmful behavior affecting himself, the band and the community," the band said in a statement to multiple outlets.

They wrote that's when Ebert allegedly started "threatening violence," and the threats only "escalated further" over the past few months.

The statement continued to say William had undergone a successful surgery since the incident, and the band is "hoping for the best possible outcome in his recovery."

They asked for privacy and noted ... "We have no language left for Brady."

The victim in the Tiger Woods crash has lawyered up ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The notice of appearance and invocation of rights were filed in Florida on Thursday ... showing Jeromy Bullard will be represented by Jason Fagnano, a personal injury attorney who specializes in auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents.

The development now allows Bullard to be represented in the criminal case ... and makes sure his rights are protected every step of the way. It doesn't necessarily mean he's suing Woods.

13-year-old Christina Marie Plante "vanished without a trace" 32 years ago ... but cops say she's been found alive after all this time.

Christina was first reported missing and deemed "endangered under suspicious circumstances" back in 1994 ... after police say she left her house in Star Valley, Arizona to walk to the stable where her horse was.

Officials reported she was "not seen again" ... until now.

The Florida man accused of killing his politician wife, Nancy Bowen, has been arrested and charged with her murder, according to court records.

Cops say Stephen Bowen was taken into custody Wednesday after his wife, Nancy, was found dead inside their home during a police wellness check.

Stephen was booked into the Broward County Jail for premeditated murder and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. He also posed for a mugshot in which he appears stone-faced.

Kendra Duggar broke down in tears during an emotional call with her husband, Joseph, as he remained in jail in their hometown of Tontitown, Arkansas, last week ... and she also pleaded with him not to trust a single soul.

On either side of Kendra's weep-fest, she pleaded with her husband not to trust a single person aside from her attorney, Travis Story. She even calls her husband out for sneaking in a call with someone apparently named Greg ... and she informs Joseph not to trust him.

Dayton James Webber -- the quadruple amputee professional cornhole player suspected of fatally shooting another man in his car -- sounds like he's going to argue he was acting in self-defense.

Webber's attorneys telegraphed their defense strategy Wednesday during a bond hearing in Maryland, telling the judge the murder case against Webber was "a clear-cut case of self-defense."

One of the defense lawyers said Webber was "terrified of being killed" and "knew that he had to shoot or be killed." They said he didn't plan to kill the victim, Bradrick Wells, and made a split-second decision to pull the trigger.

Joseph and Kendra Duggar have loads more on their mind than just their recent arrests -- in calls obtained by TMZ, they speak about finances, taxes, and even potentially selling one of their investment properties to help Kendra out while Joseph remained in jail.

Tiger Woods is going far away to get treatment after his recent DUI arrest -- the golf superstar was granted approval to travel out of the country to receive care ... citing privacy as the main reason.

TMZ Sports has obtained the filing made by attorney Douglas Duncan ... which states Tiger was looking to leave America to "begin comprehensive inpatient treatment."

"Based upon the Defendant's treating physician, the out of country treatment facility recommendation is based upon the Defendant's complex clinical presentation and the urgent need for a level of care that cannot safely or effectively be done within the United States, as his privacy has been repeatedly compromised."

Nicki Minaj is dealing with a scary situation after cops rushed to her L.A. mansion when a stranger wandered onto her property, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Deputies got a call this morning about a trespassing suspect at the "Starships" rapper's home.

We're told the suspect -- seen on camera roaming around in the backyard -- was described as a white male with a big red beard and long hair, wearing a gray tracksuit.

According to Jen, Ghislaine was open about having zero remorse for all the disgusting things she'd been convicted of.

Remember ... Prosecutors allege that Shah was a central figure in a scheme which pushed so-called "business services" to older or financially vulnerable victims which were basically useless.

After pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, Shah was sentenced to 6 and a half years but ultimately only did 33 months in prison and is serving out the remainder of her sentence in home confinement.

Police don't typically find dead bodies in their patrol cars parked outside headquarters ... but this was not a typical day for these cops.  

Officers from the Azusa Police Department discovered the body of 37-year-old Eric Valencia decomposing in the backseat of one of their police vehicles.

The department released body cam footage of the officers making the grisly discovery on the morning of March 26, and yeah ... they had the same question you do right about now: How in the world did Valencia end up inside the police car?

Tiger Woods just broke his silence following his DUI arrest ... saying he is seeking treatment.

"I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today," the 50-year-old golf superstar said on X minutes ago.

"I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery."
