Jay Cutler isn't letting his recent DUI arrest keep him from having a good time ... the former NFL star made an appearance at the recent "Yellowstone" premiere.

The retired quarterback and his girlfriend, Samantha Robertson, stepped out in New York City Thursday evening, where they stopped by the party celebrating the highly anticipated return of the Paramount Network hit.

While Samantha posed with a wine glass in her hand, Jay was notably empty-handed for the pic ... which was smart given his recent arrest.

Conor McGregor and a woman who's suing him for sexual assault came face to face in a courtroom on Tuesday ... as the civil trial over the allegations against the UFC star commenced.

The proceedings went down in Ireland -- roughly three years after a hair colorist, Nikita Ni Lamhain, filed a lawsuit in which she claimed McGregor and another man had sex with her against her will following a 2018 Christmas party.

According to The Irish Times, Nikita testified that on Dec. 8, 2018, she had drunk alcohol and taken cocaine at a holiday get-together at her work ... when a short time later, McGregor picked her and her friend up and took them to a nearby hotel.

Los Angeles County D.A. George Gascón is setting the record straight, saying his push to recommend resentencing for the Menendez brothers isn’t about public buzz or winning an election -- it’s about doing what he personally believes is right.

On "TMZ Live," Harvey didn’t hold back on grilling Gascón about all the renewed public interest playing into the Menendez brothers’ case -- saying the considerations of their case are purely based on the evidence.

Gascón shot down the hype factor, telling us his decision came down to what he feels is right -- and not because of public opinion, or an effort to win votes.

Miami Beach has officially cut ties with Diddy, revoking his Key to the City amid his ongoing legal problems ... TMZ has learned.

The now-disgraced rapper was officially stripped of his honor this week in light of his arrest, indictment and avalanche of sexual assault lawsuits that have piled up against him -- 9 years after he was first awarded the Key to the City.

We're told Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner and the city commission voted unanimously on the decision at an in-person hearing Wednesday. Our sources tell us the mayor still has to officially sign off on the resolution, which is imminent.

We got attorney Ariel Mitchell and her client, Courtney Burgess, Thursday outside the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan and they told us they'd just finished testifying for the grand jury.

Courtney says he was initially contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security ... one of the federal agencies involved in the Diddy criminal case.

3:54 PM PT -- Young Thug could be home very soon ... he was just sentenced and may not have to serve any more time behind bars if he successfully completes 15 years of probation.

On Thursday afternoon, Judge Whitaker imposed the sentence, which amounts to 40 years in total.

It's a bit complicated, but here's the gist -- he was given time served for 5 of the years plus 15 years on probation.

There is also a backloaded 20-year prison sentence that could kick in after probation ... but he'll only have to serve that time behind bars if he doesn't successfully complete his probation term.

If he keeps his nose clean during probation, the judge said that part of the sentence would be commuted.

His lawyer Brian Steel also requested he still be allowed to associate with co-defendants, his brother Quantavious "Unfoonk" Grier and Sergio "Gunna" Kitchens, in order to continue his rap career.

The state had been recommending Thug serve at least 25 years in prison, but it appears the judge went in a very different direction.

Young Thug decided to enter a guilty plea in his YSL RICO case ... which will bring an end to his part in what has become the longest trial in Georgia history.

On Thursday -- Halloween '24 at that -- Thug switched his original plea he made in 2022 and pleaded guilty to his role in criminal street gang activity.

He also pleaded no contest to conspiracy to violate the RICO Act and leading a criminal street gang.

D.L. Hughley and Cedric The Entertainer say Black households don't need to throw out all their baby oil in the wake of the Diddy indictment ... but don't expect to find any bottles in Hughley's house!!!

The comedians were out to dinner in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night when a photog asked them if Diddy's scandal had ruined baby oil for the culture. The feds have said they seized 1,000 bottles of baby oil from Diddy's homes, claiming it played a big part in his alleged "Freak Off" parties.

D.L. says as long as the baby oil is full of aloe vera and not "drugs" it's kosher ... but as far as he's concerned, he's never using it again.

Sharon Osbourne says Erik and Lyle Menendez are right where they deserve to be ... in prison.

Sharon and Jack say the brothers should remain in lockup ... pointing out they shot their parents to death with shotguns ... and they don't think the molestation allegations against Jose Menendez should be enough to spring Erik and Lyle.

8:50 PM PT -- According to Metro Boomin's (real name Leland Wayne) lawyer Lawrence Hinkle II of Sanders Roberts LLP tells TMZ ... “This is a pure shakedown. These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”

Metro Boomin is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who claims she knew and trusted the Grammy-winning super producer -- before he allegedly raped her in 2016.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained docs filed today by a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre, who claims she was suffering from depression after the death of her 9-month-old son at the time, but hit it off with Metro during a getaway trip to Vegas in the spring of that year.

Vanessa claims Metro invited her to his studio to hang back in Los Angeles, where she says she observed Metro abusing codeine, even against the warnings of his friends.

12:45 PM PT -- Tekashi 6ix9ine's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ ... Tekashi was notified 2 weeks ago he violated the terms of his probation. He was ordered to appear before a federal judge today in New York ... but he was an hour late to the hearing -- and the judge dispatched U.S. Marshals to find him.

Lazzaro says Tekashi arrived on his own and surrendered voluntarily.

Lazzaro says there were 3 violations, according to the government -- Tekashi performed in Las Vegas, Nevada without permission from his probation department ... Tekashi failed a drug test, testing positive for meth ... and also failed to take a required drug test at another time.

Big twist for Erik and Lyle Menendez ... a judge who may have been sympathetic to their bid to get out of prison is off the case, and a new judge is coming on board.

The case has been transferred to the Van Nuys Courthouse, which is where the brothers were originally tried for murdering their parents, and the new judge coming into the fold is Michael V. Jesic of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Jesic is a former district attorney who is known as a law and order guy and for being prosecution-oriented ... and he's described as being very smart and fair.

UFC superstar Jon Jones just caught a break in his drug test-gone-wrong case ... agreeing to attend anger management classes to resolve his charges.

Officials announced the deal prior to the bench trial that was slated to begin in New Mexico on Tuesday ... which will dismiss the two charges stemming from the incident if Jones completes four hours of treatment and keeps his nose clean for 90 days.

Jones initially pleaded not guilty to assault (petty misdemeanor) and interference with the communication (misdemeanor) in July ... and, at the time, he accused a tester of being unprofessional and catching him by surprise during the visit to his Albuquerque home.

One of the most stunning Diddy allegations yet comes from an accuser who claims he was just 10 years old when the Bad Boy mogul forced him to perform a sex act to get his shot at stardom.

The new lawsuit was filed Monday in NY state by a John Doe accuser, and according to the suit, he flew to NYC with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with Diddy. He claims Diddy said he wanted to meet him alone, before meeting his whole family.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff says he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden, and he says he rapped several songs, which went well -- Diddy allegedly said he could make the kid a star.
