Disneyland Park is going all-in on 'Star Wars' nostalgia -- rolling out a live-action Han Solo character at Galaxy’s Edge ... and yeah, the internet’s already got jokes.

The park dropped a first look on X Wednesday -- showing the new meet-and-greet Han roaming around in that iconic vest, white shirt and brown pants before linking up with Chewbacca in front of the Millennium Falcon at the California theme park.
It’s meant to be a big nostalgia hit for fans ahead of the April 29 launch ... basically dropping guests straight into the movie, which featured Harrison Fordin the OG role.
"The Happiest Place on Earth" was the scene of a scary incident Wednesday evening ... when a fleet of police vehicles rushed to Disneyland in Anaheim, California after receiving a flood of bogus calls claiming there was an active mass shooting at the theme park.
According to KTLA-TV, dozens of patrol cruisers descended on the grounds of the theme park ... only to determine the calls to be another instance of "swatting."
"Swatting" is the term commonly used to describe a criminal hoax in which callers report false emergencies that prompt a response from a police department's SWAT Teams.
2:03 PM PT -- A Disneyland official tells TMZ ... this afternoon, building materials being used by a contractor produced a reaction backstage at the theme park ... and the area was examined by appropriate response teams.
Several cast members were treated on-site by paramedics and released ... and we're told at least five employees experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath were transported to local hospitals.
Out of an abundance of caution, adjacent areas were cleared of guests -- and are expected to reopen soon.
Scary situation at Disneyland ... multiple people have been taken to the hospital following a hazardous materials incident.
Sam Darnold and Kenneth Walker IIImust've kept their Super Bowl partying to a minimum ... 'cause they didn't hesitate to hop on a spinning tea cup ride at Disneyland on Monday ... and no chunks were blown!!
The Seahawks quarterback and Super Bowl MVP arrived at Disneyland on Monday, fresh off defeating the Patriots, 29-13, in SB LX.
Out of all the rides at the massive theme park, Darnold and Walker III opted for a classic -- the Mad Tea Party -- and judging by the look on their faces, they were loving every spin.
There’s going to be a new head honcho at the House of Mouse ... because Josh D’Amaro is going to succeed Bob Iger as Disney’s CEO.
Disney announced the succession Tuesday following a unanimous vote by Disney's Board of Directors. D’Amaro -- currently the Disney Experiences Chairman, i.e. the head of the company's theme parks, cruises and resorts -- will take over duties from Iger on March 18.
Iger showered D’Amaro with praise in the company's press release ... he described his successor as “the right person” for the job and said he was “thrilled” about D’Amaro’s appointment.
