Eric Dane's ex-girlfriend, actress Priya Jain, still can't put her feelings about his passing into words ... telling us she's working through it.

We caught up with Jain outside The Abbey -- a popular West Hollywood bar -- late Friday night ... and, we asked her how she's feeling about a month since Dane died after a battle with ALS.

Jain says she's processing her emotions ... and, she's still not sure what to say. She's got her memories of Dane -- all of them good -- she adds.

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Lia Jones wants to change the child custody agreement from her nasty divorce ... and she's asking a judge to grant her more time with her kids.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lia is asking for a 50/50 legal and physical custody arrangement with her ex-husband, Colin Dias.

Lia says Colin is financially providing for the kids but is failing to recognize their emotional needs ... and she says the relationship she has with their two kids is loving, supportive and the strongest it's ever been.

In the docs, Lia says Colin moved the kids to Lake Elsinore, CA to get away from her ... but she says she's been driving 4 hours round trip from Los Angeles several times a week to be with her kids.

She claims her son's gotten multiple detentions at school for fighting and says suicidal messages were found on his phone, which she claims his father was not aware of.

The McBee Dynasty’s Steve McBee, who is currently incarcerated, was shut down in his attempt to dismiss a lawsuit alleging he fraudulently transferred property to his sons to avoid a huge debt to the government ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a federal judge denied Steve’s effort to get the civil suit brought by the U.S. government against him tossed out of court.

In this case, the government claimed that Steve was notified of an ongoing federal investigation of potential crop insurance fraud involving various farming operations owned by Steve in June 2023.

Kyrsten Sinema’s boyfriend, Matthew Ammel, is involved in a bitter court battle with his estranged wife -- and the ex claims Matthew abused narcotics and psychedelics ... TMZ has learned.

Matthew’s estranged wife, Heather Ammel, filed court docs in March 2025 seeking custody of their three kids and child support.

The DA concluded that "[w]ithout the victim's cooperation there is no reasonable likelihood of conviction."

TMZ Sports has obtained footage from the night of Doug Martin's death ... showing the former NFL star acting erratically as he broke into a home before passing away in police custody.

The Oakland PD just released the 911 calls, body cam, and surveillance video of the October 18 incident.

In the first call, the homeowner said someone had broken into their home and asked responders to hurry. The caller stated this was the second time this happened.

As the first call came in, dispatch received another from Martin's mother ... who explained Doug had left his house on foot and was experiencing a mental-health emergency. She said Martin takes sleeping pills, but he hadn't slept for three days.

Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs are arguing his sentence is far too harsh ... accusing the judge in a new legal filing of punishing him for crimes for which he was acquitted.

The rapper's legal team filed an appeal Friday in which they point out a jury found Diddy not guilty of sex trafficking and RICO charges ... yet Diddy received a sentence his lawyers say is roughly four times higher than normal for his prostitution-related Mann Act convictions.

Kayla Nicole Jones -- a YouTuber with a massive social media following -- is being sued by her hairstylist for allegedly hitting her in the face.

A woman named Hanissatou Adam a.k.a Nissa The Super Stylist is suing Jones for an alleged incident she says went down back in 2024 while on a work trip to Los Angeles.

Adam says she asked questions Jones didn't like ... and she alleges Jones threatened to slap her if she didn't stop.

After a long day of working on a music video the following day, Adam says she overheard Jones complaining about the way Adam was treating her.

Dana Tran -- the mother of one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' children -- is casually dating Desmond Scott ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Dana and Desmond have been spending time together since Desmond's estranged wife, Kristy Scott, filed for divorce.

We're told things between Dana and Desmond are not particularly serious ... at least not yet.

Neo, as you know, was arrested last month for failing to appear before a grand jury in the apparent murder of Celeste Rivas, and D4vd is the prime suspect.

It's Friday the 13th ... so what better day to find out a new film in the popular slasher franchise may be on the way?!

Here's the deal ... there hasn't been a 'Jason' film in several years ... and we're told it's all been a matter of rights issues -- both between the two creators and two major studios. But it seems those issues will likely be resolved ... and a new film project is being crafted.

Franchise co-creator Sean Cunningham tells TMZ ... a film treatment for an "old school" Jason flick is done ... and he's hopeful that, with the mega-merger of Warner Bros. and Paramount, the project will gain serious traction because he says both studios have rights --and that's been a major hurdle.

Sources connected to the series tell us Grace’s battle with addiction will be a part of her journey on this season of the hit Bravo show, which is currently airing.
