Bob Barker's historic estate was listed for $2.9 million -- but whoever snapped it up ended up spending even more to buy it ... going well over asking.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... interior designer Julia Dempster sealed the deal Thursday by plunking down a whopping $3,788,000 on the 6-bedroom, 6-bath Spanish Colonial Revival-style Hollywood Hills estate, this just a month after it hit the market.

We're told the estate had a staggering 250 showings, so it was clearly in high demand ... hence why Julia had to dig deep into her pockets to snag it. Now, she gets to sit back, relax and enjoy her new home, which is a true slice of L.A. history.

2:35 PM PT -- Ryan just addressed Ray's passing himself, writing ... "RIP Ray Chan. Words are pretty inadequate in comparison to this loss."

He adds, "There's an incomparable reservoir of skill, tender grit and talent no longer with us. Kanye West plans to flex his creative muscles in his latest venture, which means you can expect his usual creative genius to be on display in the porn industry ... according to Stormy Daniels' ex, Mike Moz.

Moz is a vet in adult films -- he currently oversees production for Vixen Media Group -- but as TMZ first reported, he's in talks to come on board with Yeezy Porn. However that turns out, he's already convinced Ye could totally change the industry.

Mike tells us, "I’ve been having discussions with Ye about a potential collab between Yeezy brand and my team at Vixen Media Group. While it’s too early to give any details I’m excited about where Ye’s vision takes this."

Gypsy Rose is missing a pretty big bag from her TikTok account -- several thousand dollars that ended up in her estranged husband's hands when she deleted her account.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gypsy, who had over 9 million Tiktok followers, earned approximately $6,000 through the creator fund from all the videos on her TikTok page, an account she needed to connect to a PayPal a couple of months ago.

Since she didn't have a PayPal account, Gypsy hooked it up to her then-husband Ryan Anderson's account ... and she didn't really think about the money again.
