Leon Thomas III's hit song "Mutt" is being spotlighted on several 2024 year-end lists, including Spotify's RNB X playlist ... living proof that not all child actors flame out like those social media wormholes want you to believe!!!

We spoke to Leon at LAX over the weekend and he tells us there are tons of adversities to overcome after hitting it big as a child actor ... and congratulated his former "Victorious" co-star Ariana Grande for her Best Actress Golden Globes nomination for "Wicked."

She and several other former child stars are leading the pack in Hollywood as they blossom into adulthood -- and Leon's on the same blazing trails.

5:54 PM PT -- In a statement to PEOPLE through her aunt Larie Pidgeon, Hannah says ... "My focus now is on my healing, my peace and my creativity. I am deeply grateful to my family and everyone who has shown me kindness and compassion during this time."

She continues ... "I was unaware of everything that was happening in the media while I was away, and I am still processing it all. I kindly ask for respect for myself, my family, and my loved ones as I navigate through this challenging time. Thank you for your understanding."

3:22 PM PT -- The LAPD has released an update to the case ... "The Los Angeles Police Department received notification from Customs Border Protection that Hannah Kobayashi had presented herself on December 15, 2024, for entry into the US and appeared in good health.

"This case is now closed. Hannah Kobayashi has been removed from the Missing and Unidentified Persons System (MUPS)."

Hannah Kobayashi -- the Hawaii woman who temporarily went missing back in November -- is back on American soil ... after crossing the border into Mexico.

Our sources tell us Hannah crossed back into California from Mexico over the weekend, and she was questioned by U.S. officials to make sure everything was OK.

We're told Hannah appeared healthy and was not under any duress ... and she met her lawyer at the border and left with him after crossing into the United States.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's house was visited by police once again ... this time over a simple parking dispute -- TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a moving company came by Kim and Kroy's Georgia home Sunday morning to move some of the last items out.

However, we're told Kroy parked his car in front of the moving truck so it was unable to leave ... allegedly because he didn't want Kim leaving with items he didn't think she should have.

The L.A. Dodgers fan who had a horrific firework accident during the World Series has undergone several procedures to mend his hand ... but despite the unfortunate event, he tells TMZ Sports he's staying positive through it all.

We spoke with Kevin King fresh off his fourth surgery after the DTLA incident that cost him his pointer and middle finger on his left hand ... and he is thankful it wasn't worse.

"If you're only losing a couple of fingers, don't worry about it," he said. "Thankful it wasn't my face, eye or ears."

A waiter prosecutors want to charge in connection with Liam Payne's death admits he used cocaine with the singer ... but insists he didn’t get paid and is NOT a drug dealer.

Braian Paiz told us in our upcoming documentary "TMZ Investigates: Liam Payne: Who's to Blame?" -- airing Monday night at 8 PM ET on FOX — he partied with Liam in the singer’s Buenos Aires Hotel room.

Paiz says they drank whiskey and used the cocaine he brought to the hotel. He says they did it on 2 occasions … the second just 2 days before Liam’s fatal fall from the hotel balcony.

The lawyer representing Erik and Lyle Menendez's victims who are also family members says the handwriting is already on the wall with the new L.A. County District Attorney ... and the writing he saw reeks of bias against the bros.

Bryan Freedman wrote a scathing email, obtained by TMZ, to new D.A. Nathan Hochman, calling him out for meeting with only one Menendez family member ... the one who has gone on the record calling the 2 men cold-blooded killers and advocating that they rot in jail.

Freedman wrote, "Nathan, as I mentioned to you the day after the election ... I represent over 20 family members of Jose and Kitty Menendez ... There is concern however that your process of gathering information from the victims has been unfair."

Sophia Bush is feeling a little less festive this holiday season after an early morning burglary at her Los Angeles home ... TMZ has learned.

10:59 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Jamie tells TMZ ... “Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth. He had to get stitches and is recovering. The police were called and the matter is now in law enforcement’s hands.”

Jamie Foxx was allegedly involved in a fight in the dining room of Mr. Chow Friday night ... and he may have been injured, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... police were called to the popular, high-end Beverly Hills restaurant around 10 PM on the report of a fight inside.

The mysterious drones that invaded New Jersey and have the state on edge are driving up some gun sales ... in addition to being a major topic of conversation in firearm shops, TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... over the past month, there've been hundreds of sightings of drones in the Jersey sky -- with some said to be as big as a car -- and it seems no one knows where they are coming from or their purpose.

TMZ contacted several gun stores around the state ... we hear some people are getting strapped 'cause they are unnerved by the drones.

James Kennedy's alleged altercation with a woman, leading to his domestic violence arrest, might be much more physical than originally thought ... TMZ has learned.

According to a Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log, an officer made contact with the "Vanderpump Rules" star and the woman inside a residence Tuesday night.

In the log entry for Kennedy's case, it says the woman stated her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground. As we reported, Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant.
