'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Mauricio Umansky’s family drama is exploding in court, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Mauricio's father's longtime girlfriend, Simin Tabibnia, fired back at the lawsuit filed by Mauricio’s family. 

Mauricio’s sister, Sharon, accused Simin of financial elder abuse of her and Mauricio’s father, Eduardo. The suit alleged that Eduardo had been in cognitive decline since 2021.

Blake Lively is going dragon mode after a judge tossed out her sexual harassment claims against Justin Baldoni ... she says the "heart" of her lawsuit is still intact, and she's looking forward to her day in court.

The "It Ends With Us" actress just posted a long statement on social media, reacting to a judge's Thursday ruling that portions of her sexual harassment claims could not go to a jury.

Blake says she's grateful for the ruling ... because her claims of retaliation are still intact.

Along with the indictment ... the feds included several snapshots of surveillance from the building Gucci's studio is in, which appear to show the group of suspects entering the building -- and one of them leaving to retrieve a duffel bag.

The NFL announced Rashee Rice will not be punished after his ex-girlfriend accused him of domestic violence ... stating an investigation into the claims concluded he did not violate the personal conduct policy.

The Kansas City Chiefs star's partner of eight years -- Dacoda Jones -- dropped several disturbing claims on social media back in January ... stating Rice got physical with her and treated her terribly during their relationship, even when she was pregnant with their child.

Jones also shared photos on social media she said backed her story.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak has been ordered to complete therapy before seeing the kids she shares with ex, Kroy Biermann, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge told the “Tardy For The Party” singer that the kids will stay with Kroy from April 3 until Kim completes four parent therapy sessions. 

The order says the earliest Kim will be reunited with the kids is April 13.

Blac Chyna's firing back at her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector -- who is suing her for allegedly assaulting him multiple times during their relationship -- claiming he beat her up all the time too.

The rapper filed a cross-complaint last week against Twin Hector in response to his 2024 lawsuit ... claiming she only hit him during one alleged incident where Hector's eye swelled up to protect herself after she says he struck her in both the lower and upper body.

Chyna's lawyers say any contact he sustained during the incident was "a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself."

Lively's lawyer, Michael Gottlieb, tells TMZ ... he's not surprised Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, doesn't understand the judge's Thursday ruling -- especially since he "had to bring in another law firm for the trial, and just last week was reprimanded by the court for having filed legally frivolous claims."

Justin Baldoni's high-powered lead attorney Bryan Freedman is taking a victory lap after a judge tossed Blake Lively's sexual harassment claims against his client, saying the truth has prevailed.

Freedman issued a statement to TMZ Friday morning following the judge's Thursday ruling to spike Lively's claims in her lawsuit that Justin sexually harassed her on the set of their 2024 film, "It Ends With Us."

Blake claimed Baldoni kissed her during a scene where the script didn't call for the two to smooch. She also alleged Baldoni stepped inside her trailer as she was breastfeeding. Blake went on to accuse one of the film's producers of showing her a video of his wife giving birth.

In his statement, Freedman said ... "Since the first day of this case, when Justin and the other defendants were blindsided by these allegations, the legal team on the ground from the beginning have worked extremely long days and nights defending this case through transparency by releasing the actual truthful text messages, and by welcoming and facilitating the release of all documents exhibiting the truth." And he didn't end there ...

Lively had claimed Baldoni crossed the line during filming of "It Ends With Us," by kissing her in a scene where the script didn't call for it. She also claimed Baldoni walked into her trailer while she was breastfeeding. And, she alleged, a producer showed Blake a video of his wife giving birth.

She also claims Baldoni made an offhand remark as the cast was getting ready to shoot a scene. He said, "Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training." Baldoni had said this was a joke about the wardrobe for the scene.

The victim in the Tiger Woods crash has lawyered up ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The notice of appearance and invocation of rights were filed in Florida on Thursday ... showing Jeromy Bullard will be represented by Jason Fagnano, a personal injury attorney who specializes in auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents.

The development now allows Bullard to be represented in the criminal case ... and makes sure his rights are protected every step of the way. It doesn't necessarily mean he's suing Woods.

'SLOMW' Stars Taylor & Dakota Will Face Off in Restraining Order Fight

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen will have to face off in court ... after both being instructed to appear over his request for a restraining order, TMZ has learned.

The embattled exes are scheduled to remotely appear for a hearing on April 7, where they'll be discussing custody and "parent time provisions" ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Remember ... Taylor has temporarily lost custody of their 2-year-old son, Ever -- thanks to a temporary protective order Dakota was awarded last month.
