Dennis Quaid's twins are graduating from high school soon ... and he's going to court to make sure that means he's graduating from his child support obligations!
Here's the situation -- the "War Machine" star is currently paying $13,750 per month in child support -- plus additional amounts if his income exceeds a certain amount -- to his ex, Kimberly Buffington. Their 18-year-old daughter, Zoe, graduated from high school on May 23, and her twin brother, Thomas, is graduating on June 3 ... and Dennis wants to clarify that his child support payments should be terminated upon their respective graduations!
He is also asking the court that any additional payments based on his income are prorated to the date of his kiddos' high school graduation dates rather than his full-year income.

Will Smith's ex-wife Sheree Zampino is taking legal action against Bilaal Salaam ... claiming he spread vicious lies about her sex life during a recent interview ... and now she's suing him for more than $1M in damages.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Sheree claims Bilaal recently "turned his attention" toward her after years of publicly targeting Will and Jada Pinkett Smith ... allegedly making "outrageously offensive, shocking, and hurtful statements" during an appearance on Tasha K's "Unwine with Tasha K" series.
In the suit, she points to a May 4 promotional clip for the interview that was shared across various social media platforms ... with text reading, "Exclusive: Bilaal claims Will Smith’s ex-wife Sheree Zampino was sleeping with everyone in [Hollywood]!!!"

Kelly Dodd is plotting her own revenge against the person who accused her of distributing revenge porn and getting her slapped with criminal charges.
Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, talked about the charges on the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star's podcast on Wednesday.
Rick kicked things off by telling their fans they can't give much information because Kelly hasn't gone to court yet ... but he said they really can't wait to tell the truth.

Prosecutors say Kelly shared the revenge porn on or around August 29, 2025 ... and they say the person in the photo suffered severe emotional distress. Kelly allegedly recorded the material without the person's consent under circumstances where the person had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
