"Henry Danger" star Cooper Barnes is being dragged into a legal spat between his actress wife and their female neighbor ... his wife says their neighbor is trying to seduce him and sabotage their marriage.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cooper's wife Liz Stewart is suing a woman named Jessica Ray ... claiming Jessica's a single mom who moved into their condo complex and developed the hots for Cooper.

In the suit, Liz claims Jessica has been trying to seduce Cooper for a while now ... sending him texts and trying to get him over to her place ... alone.

Benjamin Glaze -- an "American Idol" contestant who went viral after Katy Perry kissed him during his audition -- has been arrested for allegedly possessing child porn, TMZ has learned.

According to a Tulsa PD Facebook post, Glaze was arrested after the force's Sexual Predator/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit allegedly received info that he was in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Cops say they executed a warrant and claim they found more than 700 images and videos of sexual abuse material of minors on his smartphone.

Chelsea Lazkani's estranged husband wants a judge to legally end their marriage ... saying the couple hasn't come to a divorce settlement, but he's ready to move on with his life.

Jeff Lazkani -- in the midst of a messy divorce with the "Selling Sunset" star -- filed a motion to officially terminate his union with Chelsea ... saying the two haven't been able to come to a settlement in the seven months since CL filed for divorce.

Lazkani says proceeding to bifurcate status will help streamline the divorce ... a case which can take many years to finalize.

The viral sailor who braved Hurricane Milton on his tiny boat in Tampa, Florida is behind bars ... and it appears it's all because of an issue with where he was keeping his vessel.

Joseph Malinowski -- better known as "Lieutenant Dan" on TikTok -- was arrested first thing Friday morning in Tampa and hauled off to jail ... according to Tampa Police.

Cops tell us Dan is charged with 2 outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court, and one misdemeanor charge of trespassing in a city park after warning.

9:09 AM PT -- We've now obtained the arrest report in which cops claim they responded to a call at around 5 PM Thursday about a White Ram that had allegedly rear-ended a car and had attempted to pay off the other driver with $2,000 so they wouldn't call the police.

When they arrived, they say they found Jay Cutler staggering around, slurring his speech and smelling of alcohol. Officers say Cutler claimed he hadn't had anything to drink before amending his statement and saying he had a little. Cops say he turned down the field sobriety tests. At that point, the officer arrested Jay.

Another officer searched his car and says he found a rifle in the backseat and a loaded Glock handgun in the center console.

His court date is set for January 2025.

7:40 AM PT -- Jay Cutler's DUI arrest started with an afternoon car accident. According to law enforcement, he allegedly rear-ended another vehicle, and when officers arrived they noticed a strong smell of booze. They also claim Cutler was slurring his words and had bloodshot eyes.

We're told he refused to take field sobriety tests, but cops took him to a hospital to get a blood sample. No word yet on what his BAC was. Cops say one of the 2 firearms in Cutler's vehicle was a loaded pistol.

Jay Cutler spent time in a Tennessee jail Thursday after he was busted for driving while intoxicated and gun possession ... TMZ has learned.

The former NFL star and ex-husband of Kristin Cavallari was arrested for DUI and 3 other offenses Thursday evening in the city of Franklin, TN. The other crimes were failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Cutler was booked into the Williamson County Jail, where he posed for a scruffy mug shot -- and, as you can see, the dude doesn't look too happy. Jay posted $5,000 bond and was released later that night, according to a rep for the Franklin Police Department.

Drug kingpin Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory is out of prison, but he still has some boxes to check for total freedom ... including supervised release once he finishes out the remainder of his sentence in a halfway house, and restrictions on drug and alcohol use.

Big Meech, who co-founded the notorious Black Mafia Family, has a projected release date of January 27, 2026 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons ... but he won't have the feds completely off his back until much later.

Instead, legal docs obtained by TMZ show Big Meech still has supervised release for 5 years with some special conditions ... namely, participating in a substance abuse program which may include drug and alcohol testing.

The feds are adamant Diddy will menace or threaten witnesses or alleged victims if the judge lets him out on bail, because they say that's exactly what he did in the immediate aftermath of Cassie's beating.

The U.S. Attorney's Office is responding to Diddy's latest effort to get released on bail ... filing new docs to remind the judge what the defendant has allegedly done in the past to obstruct justice.

USC journalism professor Alan Abrahamson joined us on "TMZ Live" and we asked his thoughts on the Menendez brothers' new push to get out of prison, despite life sentences without parole.

Alan covered Erik and Lyle's first highly televised trial in 1993 -- which ended in a mistrial -- for the Los Angeles Times, and he says he sees the brothers as stone-cold killers who deserve to spend the rest of their days behind bars.
