Two people have been arrested in Memphis after a repo man had his head run over in a shocking video that has since gone viral.

Nicholas Wray and Brandi Revels were arrested Friday -- both on suspicion of aggravated assault for the harrowing incident that took place Wednesday.

In the insane video ... a repo man is attempting to hook a red Ford Fusion and tow it away, but another man -- presumed to be Wray -- hopped into the car and started it.

A repo man in Tennessee's proving you gotta have a lot of brains to do the job ... 'cause the person whose car you're repossessing may try to crush them out of you.

Check out the incident that went down in the Memphis area Wednesday -- video captures the repo man pulling up to the front of a red Ford Fusion to hook it up and tow it away.

Another man, in a green shirt, comes streaking in from the side ... dashing over to the driver's door, wrenching it open and starting the car.

Lambert's rep, Lucas Confortini, tells TMZ ... Christopher tripped on stairs while entering a hotel a few months ago, resulting in a back injury. Fortunately he didn't break his back, because he's now recovering.

Since his fall, Lambert's been in physical therapy to get back in shape. He's getting ready for a new project, "Tulipomania," which starts filming next week ... and will also be promoting a new docuseries he's involved in called "Eyes Everywhere."

Legendary singer Gladys Knight is back home after a scary illness landed her in the hospital ... and, she's leaning on her husband during this difficult time -- wrapping her arms around her man.

TMZ has obtained a picture of the happy reunion between Gladys and her husband of almost 25 years, William McDowell ... arms wrapped around him while she snuggles her face into his chest.

Knight and McDowell met back in 2001 ... and, after just a few months together, they decided to take the leap and tie the knot. McDowell is Knight's fourth husband.
