Alijah Arenas Cops Don't Suspect Alcohol Or Drugs ... Were Factor In Car Crash

Alijah Arenas' Cybertruck ended up wrapped around a tree in an L.A. suburb early Thursday morning -- and the cause is still a mystery -- but investigators do NOT believe alcohol or drugs were a factor.

TMZ Sports spoke with our law enforcement sources ... and we're told LAPD didn't observe any signs of intoxication at the scene, just moments after the 18-year-old 5-star recruit was pulled from his burning vehicle around 4:55 AM.

After Arenas was transported to a local hospital, cops followed up ... but the soon-to-be USC basketball star was already intubated (tube down his throat), so no blood draw was done.

The serious car crash that sent 5-star hooper Alijah Arenas to the hospital with serious injuries was likely caused by excess speed, law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports.

The Los Angeles Police Department was on the scene of the 5 AM crash, which occurred along a two-lane residential roadway in the Winnetka neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley, in a 40 MPH zone.

18-year-old Alijah was alone in the Cybertruck -- owned by his father, ex-NBA star Gilbert Arenas -- at the time of the accident ... which was a single-vehicle wreck.

A man in China has been watching way too many cartoons ... 'cause he took the short exit out of what looks like an argument -- throwing himself through a window in a wild clip.

The incident went down in the Yuhua District of Changsha City, Hunan Province early this month ... with cameras capturing a man and woman who look like they're having a heated discussion.

There's no audio, so we can't tell exactly what they're saying ... but, clearly this dude thinks better of continuing their tête-à-tête and hurls himself into the window.

Kristaps Porzingis is embracing the bloody injury he sustained in Game 2 of the Celtics vs. Magic NBA Playoffs series ... saying despite needing five stitches as a result of the shot to his head, he loves his "WWE moments!"

The 7'2" center spoke to the media about the gruesome gash he sustained late in the third quarter of Wednesday night's matchup at TD Garden in Beantown.

A rep for the legendary musician tells TMZ ... Carlos has been discharged from the hospital and is resting in a hotel, but his show Wednesday night in Sugar Land, Texas has been postponed out of an abundance of caution.

5:56 PM PT -- The San Antonio Fire Department tells TMZ ... they responded to the Majestic Theater at 5 PM CT for a report of an elderly patient who had reportedly fainted and transported them to the hospital with a non life-threatening condition.

4:38 PM PT -- A rep for Carlos Santana tells TMZ ... tonight's concert at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio has been postponed. The singer is currently under observation in Texas. His rep says he's doing well and looks forward to coming back to San Antonio soon as well as continuing his US Tour.

The rep adds the San Antonio show will be rescheduled soon.

Health scare for Carlos Santana ... he's in a hospital right now getting treatment after suffering a medical emergency before a concert in Texas ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the legendary musician tells us Carlos suffered a medical emergency Tuesday that they suspect is dehydration. He was put into an ambulance and has left the venue, and we're told by his rep he's been hospitalized for further testing.

Lightning violently struck five students at a university in India, leaving two in critical condition -- with the terrifying moment all caught on camera.
