It looks like Lil Xan didn't get away unscathed after he roughed up a concertgoer last week ... 'cause it appears the rapper got body-slammed right afterward.

In exclusive video obtained by TMZ ... LX can be seen being whisked away and thrown to the ground by a larger dude ... not long after he threw a mic at a man in the audience before kicking him in the face.

It is unclear if the guy who threw Lil Xan to the ground was security ... but whoever he was, it was clear he wasn't putting up with any nonsense.

Two "Modern Family" stars had Thanksgiving day emergencies, and in both cases one of their kids ended up in the ER.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson rushed one of his sons to a New York City hospital on Turkey Day. He posted a pic of him plopped down on a hospital bed with his son lying on his chest, with medical gadgets covering the area.

It's unclear which son had the emergency since you only see the back of his head. He has 2 sons -- 4-year-old Beckett and 2-year-old Sully. The good news, the kids are fine, according to Jesse.

Alexis Ohanian, tennis legend Serena Williams' husband, detailed a recent health scare in a post on Instagram ... in which he says he got half his thyroid removed.

The Reddit cofounder and entrepreneur explained it all in a post put up on Thanksgiving day ... showing a snap of him with a scar on his neck while gowned up in a hospital bed -- saying the procedure came after "tracking some suspicious nodules on my thyroid for the last 4 years."

Alexis says the nodules kept getting bigger over time, and his most recent biopsy revealed "they’d very likely turn cancerous" -- adding he wasn't going to take a chance.

Nev Schulman nailed his goal of running the NYC marathon just three months after breaking his neck in a near-fatal crash ... and he's opening up about it all to TMZ.

We caught up with the "Catfish" star in NYC on Wednesday, and he told us the marathon was tough 'cause he obviously wasn’t in his usual shape -- but he pushed through and made it to the finish line. The big takeaway? Keep going, no matter what.

As for his post-recovery progress, Nev’s still in PT, but tells us his neck’s way better now. He’s back running and biking -- in fact, he's feeling so active, he even wants to return to the 'DWTS' dance floor.

Amanda Serrano suffered a GNARLY gash above her eye fighting Katie Taylor, but the boxing star tells us she wasn't concerned about the massive cut ... she was only worried she'd miss Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson!

"Thank God that the doctor was a plastic surgeon and I told him, 'Please, I have two requests. Please don't make it look really bad, and can you do it in a little rush? Because I have to go watch Jake,'" 36-year-old Serrano told Babcock on TMZ Sports.

"[The doctor] did a great job and I'm happy with it. Thank God it's in the shape of the eyebrow so you can barely see it with a little bit of makeup."

WNBA star Kelsey Plum is having a pretty crappy Monday ... and she says it's all 'cause she drank a tainted Jamba Juice smoothie!

The Las Vegas Aces point guard took to Instagram to explain her plight ... writing on her IG Stories that she believes she's battling some bad diarrhea this week due to some extra berries she threw into her JJ drink over the weekend.

1:08 PM PT -- Jakes' church -- The Potter's House in Dallas -- just released a statement ... writing the pastor experienced a "slight health incident and received immediate medical attention." He is stable and under a doctor's care.

T.D. Jakes -- a popular Christian pastor -- seemed to have a medical emergency during his Sunday sermon ... convulsing onstage.

The preacher and motivational speaker was speaking to his audience both in the church and at home via streaming ... and, while his voice seemed quiet and he wiped sweat from his brow, nothing appeared out of the ordinary at first.

Fans were super worried after most of Jay's face was bruised, and he was sporting an eyepatch ... after he said he fell 60 feet down a hill in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

But, Jay seemed to be in much better spirits as he walked the event's red carpet in a navy blue suit .... minus the eyepatch with his face a much healthier complexion!

Brett Favre is taking an optimistic approach to his fight with Parkinson's ... telling TMZ Sports he "can't complain" about his lot in life -- although he did admit he is sometimes struggling, because "when I wake up in the morning, I feel like a board."

New police bodycam footage shows a cop in California shooting a suspect who had just stabbed him with a knife outside a police station ... and the fatal interaction is intense.

The incident happened last month in Santa Monica, but the body cam footage is just now being released ... and it shows the suspect pull a knife out of his jacket and lunge at the cop ... right in front of the door to the Santa Monica Police Department HQ.

Jax Taylor hit a car in Los Angeles traffic yesterday ... admitting he got into a fender-bender and left the scene after supposedly seeing no damage to the vehicle or injuries to the people in the car.

Here's the deal ... a woman named Michelle West posted to Nextdoor Thursday morning claiming her boyfriend was stopped at a red light in Valley Village -- a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley of L.A. -- when a vehicle ran into the back of his car.

West says her BF chased the vehicle driven by "The Valley" star to a nearby gas station ... where a paparazzo took photos and video of a man who appears to be Jax chatting with another person in the aftermath of the accident.

Jay Leno isn’t letting a gnarly facial injury slow him down -- he was spotted living it up, cruising around L.A. in his fancy McLaren like a total boss.

Jay tells us he was staying at a hotel on a hill and wanted to go to a restaurant at the bottom of the slope ... and instead of taking a winding path down, he tried to take a shortcut ... and it ended with him tumbling down the hill.

"I'm sorry to see a bunch of negative comments as I've just begun my cancer journey.

"It's our friendship (me and John) and this is how we are handling a very tough time. I'm a comedian and humor is what drives me. John knows how to cheer me up and I laughed out loud when he arrived wearing a bald cap - being a true and loving friend and brother."

John Stamos is showing solidarity with his friend and former TV castmate Dave Coulier during his battle with an aggressive cancer, but some people online are taking issue with his method ... calling him insufficiently committed to the cause.

Stamos posted a few pics on Instagram of fellow "Full House" actor Coulier, featuring Stamos wearing a bald cap and shaving Coulier's head, who's going through chemotherapy treatment after his recent cancer diagnosis.

Coulier is battling stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, an aggressive form of cancer. The pic shows Stamos shaving Coulier's head, and the friends are both smiling ... as Stamos acknowledges he used a little Photoshop magic to make the bald wig blend. A third shot shows Dave's wife, Melissa, and John both kissing Dave's freshly shaved dome.

An NHL referee was stretchered off the ice and taken to the hospital on Monday night ... but, thankfully, it appears he's going to be OK.

The scary scene all unfolded in the middle of the Avalanche vs. Flyers game in Philadelphia ... after Colorado defenseman Josh Manson accidentally crashed into Mitch Dunning near the blue line.

Manson hit Dunning in the back with such force that it caused the official to lose his balance and tumble to the ice. For several moments, Dunning then lay motionless as trainers raced to his aid.
