Benzino is continuing to push his physical boundaries after becoming a grandpa ... the rapper just flexed his super-strength with a pair of 110-pound dumbbells!!!

The fit 60-year-old posted a video of himself of his biggest challenge yet ... chest-pressing inside Forum Athletics in Atlanta-Buckhead on Tuesday.

Benzino managed to lift both weights into the air, rotating them with his wrists for a longer press before slamming them to the ground.

Justin Herbert may've scored big in the love department ... the NFL quarterback was all smiles while out once more with Madison Beer amid romance rumors.

Check it out ... the Los Angeles Chargers QB greeted the "Selfish" singer with a smile and a warm hug after arriving at a friend's house in Redondo Beach, CA, for a comfy night in on Sunday.

Dressed in casual clothes -- including sweats, shorts, and tees -- the rumored couple couldn't contain their glee as they stayed side by side while making their way inside. The twosome looked ready for a mellow Sunday, bringing a bottle of wine with them and a box of sweet treats for their hangout session.

Madison Beer and Justin Herbert are sending a charge through social media right now ... getting romance rumors swirling just weeks before the NFL regular season kicks off.

The pop star and the Pro-Bowl QB were photographed together at what looks like a shoot for one of Madison's new music videos in Los Angeles ... chatting and smiling while Beer occasionally introduced Herbert to members of the crew.

Beer looked angelic on set ... literally, she's got angel wings and a tiny white dress on. Herbert dressed more casually in a blue sweater and cap -- flashing a shy grin while in conversation.
