Martin Shkreli already pissed off Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface Killah and the feds -- and now he thinks he's got beef with TMZ.

The controversial pharma exec came on "TMZ Live" to explain why he would threaten Ghostface on camera when he's facing federal prosecution ... for securities fraud.

The exchange was hysterical. Watch ... Shkreli claims he didn't actually threaten GK, and took major offense when we suggested he was only pretending to play the villain.

The Game stepped up his Flint water crisis game ... forking over $500k from his own pocket ... and charity-shamed Madonna and Jimmy Fallon while he was at it.

Game came on "TMZ Live" to talk about his big donation -- he teamed with AvitaWater, which matched his check for a whopping $1 mil total for residents of Flint. His sister and her kids live there ... so, it was personal for Game.

He also explained his shot at Fallon and Madonna -- calling their $10,000 pledges, "cute" -- saying there's a method to his madness.

As for posting a screengrab of his wire transfer, and therefore revealing he has $13 MILLION chilling in checking?!!! Game says it's hard earned cash, and it's going to serious good.

Young Dro's night in jail was all over pills -- well, allegedly just one HALF of a pill to be exact ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the Atlanta rapper was arrested Thursday, and now we know it was for 1/2 a pill of Xanax. Law enforcement sources tell us police found it on Dro after he went through a TSA checkpoint in Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport.

Dro posted bail Friday morning, and came on TMZ Live a few hours later to explain Xanax was the least of his problems when he got busted. At least that's how he sees it. ... we'll see what the D.A. thinks.
