Lil Tay's startin' a music beef ... blasting comparisons to JoJo Siwa -- and slamming her as a fraud for purchasing her songs.

The controversial rapper took to X after one user jokingly called her Siwa while sharing a clip from her "SUCKER 4 GREEN" music video.

Welp ... Tay didn't take too kindly to the comparison -- 'cause she says she just found out who JS was from the tweet, and she tells fans she doesn't want to ever hear their names in the same sentence again 'cause she doesn't pay other people to write her music.

Billie Eilish gave herself -- and the crowd -- a real treat at Coachella Friday night ... turning up on stage as a special guest to perform with her idol Lana Del Rey.

The iconic pairing came as a surprise to the packed audience on weekend 1 of the 23rd annual festival in Indio, California. But, for Billie, it was everything she could ever hope for given that Lana has been such a major influence on her music.

Coachella is back ... and some of the biggest names have snagged invites to the hottest party in town during the festival weekend.

The Neon Carnival guest list is a well-guarded secret each year, but our party sources out in the desert tell us Kyle Richards, Paris Hilton, Bebe Rexha, Jonathan "Foodgod" Cheban and Tyga made the cut for Saturday night's bash, which is going down at the Desert International Horse Park in Thermal, CA -- not far from the main Coachella grounds.

Other favorites like rapper Coi Leray and actress Peyton List will also be partying the night away at the celeb-packed event.

Tina Turner's getting a huge honor in the place where she was born, as local leaders have approved a bronze Tina statue -- about a year after the mayor first promised to erect one.

Bill Rawls, Jr. the mayor of Brownsville, Tennessee tells TMZ ... the city has decided to fund a six-foot-tall bronze statue that will be placed in the city's Heritage Park, which is located right near the high school Turner attended.

We're told the statue's gonna cost around $150k with the city making the initial deposit before public/private funds cover the rest. The fundraising is starting ASAP, but Rawls says he's not worried about puttin' together the cash.

JoJo Siwa has addressed the rumors she stole her new song from Miley Cyrus and Brit Smith ... telling TMZ she in no way swiped the single from anyone.

We caught up with the 20-year-old outside Studio Siwa in Burbank, where she told us how she came into possession of her viral track, "Karma." As JoJo put it ... she was pitched the song -- which she defended as a very normal thing in the music industry.

She added ... "What happens is, people write songs and then they just don't do anything with them. And then, a few years later, it makes more sense for another artist."

K-pop star Park Boram is dead, and multiple media outlets in Korea are reporting her death came after a night of heavy drinking with friends.

According to the Korea Herald, Park died Thursday at a hospital, but she had first collapsed while at a friend's house ... and might have suffered a cardiac arrest -- but the exact cause of death is still under investigation.

Another report, from AllKPop, says one of Park's friends found her unconscious and slouched over a bathroom sink -- and one of her friends then performed CPR, attempting to revive her.

We caught up with the 20-year-old singer outside Studio Siwa in the L.A. area Wednesday ... where she told us she was simply misunderstood when she said in a Billboard interview she planned to invent gay pop with the release of her song "Karma."

She said her mission was to simply raise awareness regarding the genre of music, since many people are still unfamiliar with it. However, she did acknowledge she underestimated the public's familiarity with queer icons ... like Elton John, Freddie Mercury and Madonna, etc.

Morgan Wallen allegedly tossing a chair off a rooftop is the last thing anyone would expect ... based on new images of him casually chatting up a woman Sunday night, just moments before he wound up in handcuffs.

Photos obtained by TMZ show the country star minutes before the chair-chucking incident ... and as you can see, he was talking to the woman in a black miniskirt. We're told the man in the red and black flannel is a member of Wallen's crew, who was telling patrons not to take photos.

Eyewitnesses tell us Wallen appeared intoxicated, and at least to their eyes, seemed to be flirting with the woman ... roughly 20 mins before cops cuffed him.
