Celebrity Justice
Jon & Kate -- No Decision Yet

The judge in the Jon and Kate divorce war did not make a decision today. Kate is beyond furious that Jon raided the joint account of $230,000, leaving her with $1,000 to pay all the bills. Jon also allegedly violated a court order requiring each party to get the consent of the other before withdrawing money.

A decision by the judge is expected within days ... this assuming Jon doesn't blow all the money before then.
Stay tuned...

5. Any word on whether the judge will hold Kate in contempt for not providing Jon with an accounting of where the $330,000 she took out in October of 2008 went or for failing to provide him with the information he needs to be able to access activity on the couple's four joint accounts online?

9. I hope Jon goes to jail for violating that court order and stealing from Kate and the kids. The judge should make an example of him for other deadbeat, selfish dads to see what happens when you steal from your children and their mother. I can't stand that jerk!

10. This is all about anger and publicity. They have tons of money...in many places. They are both trying to make the other look bad/embarrass them. All they are doing is creating more celebrity by reducing themselves to the level of Tila Tequila, Daisy de La Hoya and Flav.

11. To those who leave extraordinary comments about Kate being a baby dumpster or a vile piece of trash - are you really THAT involved in this situation where you feel it necessary to attack her? Or are you just unhappy in your own life and find it satisfying to dump on another? Reflect.

12. Jon is worthless, why doesn't he just go away. Jon doesn't have many brain cells and spends all the families money on his hoochies and ugly hoochies at that. Honestly just because Jon pulled in some young girls, he doesn't get prop points because they are ugly young girls. Jon had said once he always saw himself as an old man dating younger girls,Jon forgot to mention ugly as well.
Can you imagine your husband cheating on you and then spending the families money on hoochies?

14. Help me to understand why it would take the judge over 30 seconds to make a decision in this? There must be more to it than meets the eye.

15. UMMMMMM
You all need to read this and realize that what each of them is saying is partially true--if it was all clear the judge would have a quick decision--this is murky waters on the facts that have been pitched by each side
