Any word on whether the judge will hold Kate in contempt for not providing Jon with an accounting of where the $330,000 she took out in October of 2008 went or for failing to provide him with the information he needs to be able to access activity on the couple's four joint accounts online?

That woman is a VILE piece of trash!!!!! Who is paying for her media tour in NYC? Hotels? I'm sure she isn't bunking at the Holiday Inn!! WTF?????

Apparently not the slam dunk Kate's lawyers thought it would be.

I hope Jon goes to jail for violating that court order and stealing from Kate and the kids. The judge should make an example of him for other deadbeat, selfish dads to see what happens when you steal from your children and their mother. I can't stand that jerk!

This is all about anger and publicity. They have tons of money...in many places. They are both trying to make the other look bad/embarrass them. All they are doing is creating more celebrity by reducing themselves to the level of Tila Tequila, Daisy de La Hoya and Flav.

To those who leave extraordinary comments about Kate being a baby dumpster or a vile piece of trash - are you really THAT involved in this situation where you feel it necessary to attack her? Or are you just unhappy in your own life and find it satisfying to dump on another? Reflect.

Help me to understand why it would take the judge over 30 seconds to make a decision in this? There must be more to it than meets the eye.

You all need to read this and realize that what each of them is saying is partially true--if it was all clear the judge would have a quick decision--this is murky waters on the facts that have been pitched by each side

Anyone notice that Jon looks like he suffers from fetal alcohol syndrome? That must be what makes him act so foolishly lately.

I've read where Jon said that he can prove he only took $22,000 last week. But, I haven't read where Kate is stated as saying that she can prove that Jon took $200,000 or $230,000 out of the account.

Kate remember you have said that you have received overdraft notices. On an overdraft notice, it shows what caused you to go into overdraft. Is Jon's withdraw on one of those overdraft notices?

Kate can pull her account online and print a copy to prove that Jon withdrew the money, right? The bank states logs withdrawals as well, you can see the time, date and where the money was withdrawn from.

So, Kate prove that Jon stole the money. If you can't then, you are a big liar.
