Jon & Kate -- No Decision Yet

Jon is a SORRY PERSON and a waste of human life. He should not be able to see his kids anymore. He took away for his kids when he did this.

Oh please spare me the theatrical tears there kate! She acts like she truly has stacks and stacks of bills? Gee kate, how much did you get paid for Larry King live? How much for your book deal, book signing tours? How much for Having Emeril on your show? You're just upset because he beat you to it, nobody knows what he was planning on doing with the money, everyone jumps the guns too soon? And Kate, oh poor thing. Now she wont get to be on tv as much...She should have thought of that before getting pregnant and getting to "JON" before truly anything else!

This makes Larry Birkhead's exploitation of his daughter look insignificant. Not only do Jon and Kate have 8 kids instead of 1 but they're in a legal scrum against EACH OTHER....not just against some shady character like Howard K. Stern. What planet are these people on?! How can they say that they're doing ANYTHING with their children's interest in mind?!

The entire Gosselin trainwreck is getting worse everyday. Both J & K need to put a halt to everything and just take time out to go over all the trash the both of them have been putting out there...and just go back to how they were before they got all this media attention. IN PRIVATE and get their priorities in order starting with the 8 beautiful children they have. They need to realize how fortunate they are to have 8 healthy children who are going to suffer more emotional scars than they can imagine, if the parents don't straighten out. Put all the stupidity, foolishness, and egos, and of course money matters, aside and come to some civil agreement before it's too late. If worse comes to worse someone should remove the children until this happens. Straighten out Jon and Kate.

I think Jon knows a lot more about their financial situation than he wants anyone to know. Everyone makes all these comments about Kate's spending. What about the new autos Jon's bought, traveling all over the place, eating in expensive restaurants (every time I see pictures of Jon he seems to be stuffing his mouth), place he has in NYC etc, etc. It seems to me that's one heck of a lot of money needlessly spent. So as far as money spending, Jon is as guilty as you claim Kate is, if not more so.

If Jon was so concerned about his kids, why take an apartment in NYC??? It seems very strange to me that a couple of weeks ago he was saying the show wasn't harming the kids. All of a sudden, after he gets fired, he has an epiphany!!!!!! Pardon me, I don't buy that garbage!!!!! SOUR GRAPES!!! Oh, Jon knows exactly how much money Kate made on her book sales??? What did Jon do to deserve part of the proceeds????

Jon has been on just as many talk shows as Kate, if not more. His statement that he didn't want any more kids after the twins is really great!!!! I wonder how "the six" will feel when they read all this when they are older??? Did someone force him to father them??? I think not!!!!

I am not saying that Kate is perfect, far from it. However, with Kate you know where you stand. If I had a husband that was like Jon I'm sure I would have been much worse than Kate. It is every annoying to have to tell a full grown man what to do. It's like having 9 kids not 8.

This constant portrayal of Kate as a 'ppor' mother doing everything she can for her kids is sickening! Don't the 'scenes' she sets up on the new episodes just seem a little too staged? I don't know about you, but I don't sit and have long, meaningful discussions about my wedding ring with my kids. . . they are more sentimental about the last ice cream bar in the freezer or the prize in the Kids Meal! It is soooo fake and staged for appearances for the judge. Please recall the 'fit' she had at the Crayolla museum when the children couldn't do 'messy' art projects. What about the 'fits' she routinely had about dressing the kids in matching outfits and what shoes they wear or being too busy at the furniture store to listen to Joel who was constipated and had a pretty severe belly ache?. She is sooo manipulative about both the media and the court system and the kids. That being said. . . she is NOT a bad mother. . . just a normal one, imperfect but trying.

btw. . . I think Jon is totally going through a mid-life crisis. . . however, they DOES NOT make him a bad father either. It makes him a bad ex-husband. Is his behavior admirable? No. Is it hurting the kids? Probably not. He seems involved in the kids lives and is trying (not always well) to try to retain his rights as a parent.

. . . and no, I'm not a man bashing Kate. I'm a middle aged mother, wife, ex-wife, full-time, frazzled employee who doesn't play the 'I'm the mom, so I'm the better parent" card. It takes 2 to make children and it takes BOTH parents to raise them.

Both Jon and Kate agreed to submit to arbitration on economic issues related to the divorce and equitable distribution of the marital property as part of the divorce. Did it ever occur to you to read the arbitrator's interim award which is online before jumping to conclusions? If Jon believed that Kate was not complying with the interim award, he should have taken his concerns, via his attorney, to the arbitrator. If either party believed that the other was unreasonably denying consent to a payment, the interim award states that the matter will be taken to the arbitrator, who, after a phone conference with the parties, will make a binding ruling. The primary purpose of the account was to pay family bills (specifying the major regular bills like mortgages, etc.) for the kids and the marital properties. Kate was designated as the bill payer. Each party was given an advance on the equitable distribution.

Courts frown on self-help when there are legal remedies readily available. As for the other accounts, there could be a million of them; that is not the issue here. The issue is whether or not Jon violated the explicit terms of the arbitrator's interim award in regards to this account. We'll learn tomorrow what the court's decision is.

They both just need to move on and the money is for the kids... Get over it and stop useing the kids

Jon is boo hooing about the recent birthday party of his kids and the stipulations Kate is putting on his visit, why don't he take some of the money that he stole from their joint account and throw the kids their own party?
