The young guy may have been mouthy... we don't know anything about what went on before by just watching this video... but it was the older man and woman who made it into a physical confrontation.
BTW, it sure doesn't look at all like the young guy threw the older guy down the stairs like TMZ says he did. It's obvious that the old guy couldn't handle himself after he attacked the young guy and he lost his footing, falling over the seats below him.
Doesn't TMZ watch their own videos?
This isn't the first time TMZ's description of a video or photo is exaggerated.

With these 2 videos, if that younger guy decides to file a lawsuit because he hurt his back or something, he's going to inherit that older couples retirement fund. First she slaps him with no physical provocation, he just took it. Then, AFTER HE SITS DOWN, the guys comes over and grapples with him, causing the 2 of them to tumble down. Then the female ('lady' seems like such a stretch) puts hands on him again. I hope they have some accounts off-shore. This could get expensive...

the older man should not have taken the situation into his own hands instead he shoulve contacted security and had them deal with the situation. although i feel bad for him getting pushed, the younger man was within his rights to defend himself i dont think he expected granpa to put him in a headlock and instantly reacted by pushing him away. the woman should have helped the older man instead of punching him and escalating the incident further. both parties are guilty.
