Motley Crue singer Vince Neil is being accused of attacking a woman in a Las Vegas hotel elevator over the weekend ... this according to law enforcement sources. 
TMZ has learned an "adult woman" has filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with the Las Vegas Metro Police ... in which she claims Neil "pushed her in an elevator" at the Las Vegas Hilton around 9:50 PM on Sunday night.
Cops tell us the matter is currently under investigation.
It's the latest in a string of legal problems for the singer -- as we previously reported, Vince was busted for DUI back in June after leaving the same Las Vegas Hilton ... where he owns a restaurant called Tres Rios Cantina.

This guy is a drunk and he's irresponsible. What a loser this guy is. How many DUI's endangering the lives of everyone around you? This after years earlier he crashes drunk and kills someone. How is this guy not in jail? F*ck this guy.

In 2003 he pleaded No Contest to beating up (assaulting) a hooker in Nevada. We she asked to be paid after servicing him, he freaked out and attacked her (guessing he figured that it should be considered an honour to bl*w him).
This story is common knowledge.
People will do anything to get money! Vince wouldn't do that this is all he said she said.There is no proof!Leave the man alone he is AMAZING!!!
Not defending the man if he did it, but shouldn't people hold off judgement until he's proven guilty. People will say just about anything these days if they think they'll get a bit of money out of it.
Riding in an elevator with Vince sure has its - wait for it - Ups and Downs....
It's entirely likely, that he was simply very intoxicated, and slumped or fell off balance toward this woman, making some sort of contact. Maybe he bumped her with his shoulder or something, and didn't even realize it. Like someone else pointed out, there will be surveillance footage from inside the elevator compartment, unless it magically disappears. If it were intended to be malicious or intentional contact, she probably would have been simply slapped in the face, and since the story isn't being reported that way, . . . probably didn't happen. Time will tell, I guess . . .
I have a feeling there is a lot more to the story. I don't think some random chick would be in the elevator with him since hotel security would probably be around somewhere to keep people from bugging him. Wonder what his wife is thinking right now . . .
When Motley Crue were very, very big, they had women throwing themselves at them. I believe that he is just getting sick of it, especially because he has been married for quit a while. He's had all the spreaded legs. Now we are talking about 2010, girls with NO morals what so ever and will f... anyone. At least Vince was famous, but now girls will just about f... anyone even a taxi driver, not even knowing thier name. Then they go home and feel horrible, or the just hide their shame. All women who knows what I am saying, just stop. There will be no man who wants to marry a whore.
