Hulk Wedding Photog on Video:

'I'm Carrying a Gun'

12/16/2010 1:15 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

In what may be the biggest bonehead move of 2010, the photographer who threatened one of Hulk Hogan's friends with a gun during Hulk's wedding actually videotaped the entire incident ... and we got the tape.

121610-hulk-hogan2-video-credit
It all went down on Tuesday in Clearwater, Florida -- when the pap tried to shoot video of the nuptials.

Listen to the tape -- you hear the photog tell someone in the wedding party, "You're in my space and I'm carrying a gun."

Too bad someone else that was carrying a gun didn't overhear this exchange and shoot the pap. The world would be a better place with one less of these camera carrying s***bags. They are subhuman and laws regarding killing humans should not pertain to them. More and more, their vile behavior becomes the story, instead of them recording one.

Ones right to privacy cannot and should not effect the freedom of free press or ones free speech. Without these luxuries we so often take for granted in America (whom so many commy states don't have) the world would be a much more corrupt and demented place. People like Richard Nixon would have remained in office, had it not been for two noisy reporters who uncovered one of politics most unbelievable scandals some politicians might call them muckrakers and changed the course of history. The Vietnam war could have claimed hundreds of thousands more of America’s patriots sons had Walter contrite not expressed his feeling that the war was un "winnable" after snooping around the battle fields and talking to American GI’s. I’m not saying the world news is anything like the celebrity dice game but there are some parallels. Where do you draw the line? If people are famous you can’t ask them questions or take their picture? You can but only on there terms when they’ve prepped for your questions? How people behave when the no ones looking exposes the very fiber of the kind of person they truly are. Did the public have a right to know that Chris brown beat his girlfriend, that a certain pop star may have molested little kids, that a certain Hollywood catholic is prone to anti-Semitic racially charged rants, that a Beatles music producer shot someone in the privacy of his own home in “Self defense”, that steroids are rampant in baseball. The public supports celebrities and the products they indorse because they like them, but if they kicked their dog in a press conference the public might feel differently, and lets face it they’re smart enough not to do that (in most cases). So for as much as the general public hates the paparazzi they are an important part of the overall free press picture, they may be on the bottom, but they’re an still a part of the ecosystem so to speak.

So for as much as the general public hates the paparazzi they are an important part of the overall free press picture, they may be on the bottom, but they’re an still a part of the ecosystem so to speak. The system isn't perfect but it is the best there is. The truth of the matter is paparazzi are a nuisance for the rich and famous, someone that annoys them in there already decedent overly inflated personal lives. But at the end of the day it’s the public that consumes the material the celebrity represents as well as the images the paparazzi obtain. If TMZ weren’t digging for stories and images it wouldn't be the massive success that it is. So before you begin casting stones think about it. Also we all know life's not fair for anyone and if your complaint is that you don’t want someone taking pictures of you at your 20 million dollar mansion with your wife whose half your age you’ve got your head up your ass and you’ve certainly let your ego get the best of you. Go sell oranges by the freeway for a few hours. I’m not saying that celebs should feel guilty, they have and do work hard but they have to stop whining about the press, you’ve made it, everyone’s knows who you are, they are going to pass judgment, it’s the cost of doing business, your famous people want to know everything about you! Be flattered, you could be working at dairy queen. Gotten go my shift at olive garden is coming at 11.

Dude has the right to take pictures anywhere in public. Looks like he was assaulted by an out of control security guard. He should file charges.

Wow

Everyone is so quick to judge and throw the photographer under the bus on this. He was doing his job. You may not like his job but who's to say you like a police officers job when they pull you over for speeding. This man has a family and is doing what he has to to take care of them. For people on here to say he should be taken out or thrown in jail think about your loved one at work. If they were attacked can you guarantee what they would say? You don't know what would happen when you are in a situation like this. I hope TMZ at leasts gets the photog's side of the story too. Plus you all may hate "paps" but yet you are all on here reading the stories and taking time to comment. If the public wasn't so hungry for gossip they wouldn't be making the money off this stuff.

"So a photographer doing work to be sold to TMZ broke the law by trespassing, lied about having a gun, assaulted a security person, lied to the police (erasing tape, I said "what if I had a gun"), etc. Yet TMZ still bought and published the tape. Come on TMZ, you owe Hulk Hogan a big apology and should promise your readers you won't hire this knucklehead poor excuse for a photog again!"

You said it Julie, TMZ is a parasitic enterprise that seems to only use overweight and abrasive people to get their videos. TMZ should have a list of their photographers along with pictures, but they won't, because Harvey doesn't want you to know how many of his employees are on the megan's law website...

#25 it is only his job if he was hired by the wedding party to take pictures. This was a private event and he was told to leave. He was an uninvited intruder. You cant just show up someplace, announce you have a gun then do whatever you want.

Politically Incorrect

Ever notice how most of these stalkarazzi's are overweight, out-of-shape guys that look like dorks? At least the most offensive one's are. I guess it doesn't take much talent to do what they do. Grab a camera, be a pushy, offensive jerk to people...and make some easy money. Just sayin'.

Robert Martinez, this is the same piece of garbage that sold the pictures of former Miss Nevada Katie Rees. He used to follow her around like a puppy dog shooting photos of her because he new she would be famous. Now she is living a life he can only dream of and he is still a pathetic loser!!!
Sooner or later he will get his. Karma baby!
