Victim #4 --

I Blame DRAKE

for Nightclub Brawl

6/19/2012 12:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0618_chris_brown_drake_victim_launch_v4Drake is solely to blame for inflaming the violent mob that severely injured several innocent people ... so says a 4th woman who was injured in the melee and is now threatening to sue the rapper.

TMZ has learned ... Innocent Victim #4, Vladimira Brace, has lawyered up -- claiming she suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee that ensued inside W.i.P. nightclub in NYC on June 13.

Brace's attorney has already fired off a letter to Drake's reps ... saying point blank, "Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown" ... and adds, "[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob."

The letter continues, "My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders."

Brace's attorney, Allan Friedman, claims Drake has a "well documented history" of vulgar, abusive and profane remarks concerning women -- and notes, "It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident."

Sources connected with Drake tell TMZ ... Friedman's allegations are "laughable." They say first of all, Drake was there with a couple of security guys and that was it. They note both Chris Brown and Meek Mill both had large entourages. They also say the notion that Drake has an abusive history of women is absurd on 2 counts. First, they say it's not true. Second, Chris Brown .... well, you know.

3 other women have also claimed they were injured in the Drake vs. Chris Brown fight ... including a 24-year-old Australian tourist who needed 16 stitches after she was hit by a flying bottle.

She says Drake "instigated" the ensuing fight, yet there is no evidence he was even there when the bottle throwing happened, and he said he had left the club before the violence began. He admits to having a few terse words with Brown. That happens often and is not actionable. If angers flared and people became violent after he left the club, he is not liable. No one seems to know who actually threw bottles, except in the one case where one person in Brown's entourage mistakenly hit another in Brown's entourage with a bottle. Otherwise, it is a muddled mess of witness statements in which they all have said they were ducking and therefore didn't see who threw the bottles that injured them. The only certain liability for these injuries, including the "emotional distress" that may linger, would belong to the club owners and management. They had a duty to keep the club safe for its customers.

The only woman I believe is the Aussie chick. These other women only want money and maybe free concert tickets.

Anyone who can prove they were in the club that day, went home, threw themselves up against the walls, and hired lawyers. Thanks to the poor quality of surveillance, they will be hard to disprove.

The first pic looks like her "spanx" girdle was too tight. The bruise under the ridiculously large tmz watermark just look like she was "spanked".
I see she had to include two cheesecake pics of herself, lol. She's looking for at least 20 minutes of fame!

All I see is stretch marks, and a big red mark from wearing clothes that don't fit. What a moron.

Seems like Drake started the brawl by flipping off Chris Brown. All people invovled in the brawl showuld be held accountable, not just Drake even though he DID start the confrontation by being a total a-hole. I will say that out of all the victims photos these seem mild in comparison to the other 3 women who were injured, especially the Australian girl. Tell me this....how does a bruise on the creas where your arse meets your thigh cause a spinal injury? pic above doesn't even look like a buttcheek.

How much did Chris Brown pay her to say this?

People want the blame on Chris Brown so bad, even though they know he didn't do anything wrong. It's sad.

People are saying that he paid her to say this and that if she goes in favor of Chris that maybe he'll want her. Stop being ridiculous. Just accept the fact that he's not at fault for this.

Drake is a liar and a coward who ran in the bathroom like a B after he started a brawl. EVERYONE in the club say it was Drake but you f o o l s want to believe it was Chris who was the victim along with his bodyguard, Tony Parker and a number of people sitting in Chris's section. Its funny how the truth don't fit TMZ's we hate Chris Brown narrative. hahahahhahaha

stupid girl, if you had a FRESH spinal cord injury how the hell are you standing to take this picture???? I have a spinal cord injury from a car accident, in which i couldnt walk for the first week due to extreme pain. Seriously, if either Drake, or Brown werent famous, nobody would give two Shi*s about this incident, and no one would be attempting to sue. BoooFreakinWhoo you got caught in the crossfire of a fight, Shi* happens, GET OUT OF THE WAY DRUNK ASS!
