Jessica Simpson

The Super Secret

Weight Watchers Diet Plan

EXCLUSIVE

1121_jessica_simpson_pcn_getty
Jessica Simpson
kept herself to a strict Weight Watchers regimen in order to lose SIXTY POUNDS after her pregnancy -- a regimen filled with low-fat smoothies, protein, and veggies -- and TMZ has obtained her 4-month crash diet plan.

The plan -- crafted by Jessica's former private chef -- closely follows the WW point system, with fancy homemade menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

1121_jessica_menu_launch
It all kicked off in July with a 15-day smoothie diet: 5 days of 3 smoothies a day (with 2 healthy snacks); 5 days of 2 smoothies a day (2 healthy snacks, 1 meal); and 5 days of 1 smoothie day (with 2 snacks and 2 meals).

For a while, it didn't look as if she'd lose any weight at all -- at least based on her terrible WW commercial -- so we gotta say ... we're impressed.

Weight Watchers is not about crash diets. Shame on you Jessica. Your weight loss is false advertisement to those who choose to lose weight the right way. Shame on Weight Watchers for paying and endorsing this fraud.

She should look good at the amount of money she is being paid. It is obsene!!! And yes, she will gain it back. I don't know any normal person that was on WW that didn't gain it back.

Stop denying yourself, Jessica. Your giant spoon and my luscious creaminess are meant to be. You cannot fight destiny.

I agree with #10. I bet most of her loss was surgical. And I also think she had that baby at least a month or more before it was announced. Can't convince me she didn't gain as much as 100 lbs while pregnant.

Gotta admit, she DOES look good. BUT, IF that's the "diet" she followed, if I were WW, I'd demand a refund...or just not pay her.
The diet is basically written for 15 days. It doesn't go thru the "lather-rinse-repeat" steps. IMO, seems it's a 15 day crash diet that with rigorous workouts, as they said she was doing, anyone can lose a boat load of weight. Not 60 lbs, BUT, she already lost some before.
I don't know why they have "celebrities" represent WW, anyhow. OK, don't know why they had JS rep them. The public, or myself, KNOW she won't stick to the diet. Girl LOVES to eat. She won't stick to it unless her "chef" is cooking/portioning her meals.
She just gets done saying she's "not a super model" and wants to lose weight by learning to eat right.
Being on smoothies for 5 days, IMO, isn't "learning" to eat right.
Oh, well...hope she sticks to it, and LEARNS how to eat "healthy" even when her chef isn't doing all the work for her.

I find nothing inspiring about the diets and programs celebrities go on to lose weight...

first of all these people are often under more pressure than most to always look their best so they have a lot of insentive to stick to horrible diets and fads that come up

second they are being paid a ton of money to lose weight so there is another big fat inspiration

and finally they usually have nutritionists lay out these meal plans and have professional chefs prepare all the food for them; most of us do not have that option and while we can certainly achieve the same results as they can, it usually would take us longer.

Sure being in the gym for 3 hours a day with a personal trainer really has nothing to do with her loosing weight what a bunch of bull.
