'Devils Ride' Badass

Cops Sweet Deal

After Drunken Joyride

6/3/2013 3:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

"The Devils Ride" star Chris Boultinghouse just dodged a bullet (metaphorically speaking) -- the roughneck biker struck a deal in his DUI case and only had to serve ONE day in jail.

Chris -- known as "White Boi" on Discovery's show about real life biker gangs -- was trying to cut a deal following his November DUI arrest ... in which cops say he drunkenly smashed his Escalade into a Prius and then fled the scene.

Chris faced two charges of DUI and one charge of Hit-and-Run.

Now, we've learned ... White Boi got his wish and struck a deal this week. The terms: in exchange for pleading no contest to two of the charges -- driving with a B.A.C. level of .08 or higher and Hit-and-Run -- his second DUI charge was dropped.

As for the punishment part ... 3 years probation, $390 in fines, 3 months first offender alcohol program, 80 hours of community service and ONE day in jail ... which he already served.

Now he can get back to doing this ...

This is the classic attempt by TMZ writers to BAIT the readers into responding by inflaming the story with:

1. BadAss
2.The roughneck biker
3. Discovery's show about real life biker gangs
4. White Boi

Okay, I'll bite!

Christopher "White Boi" is not on parole as the show portrays. He is a "Skin Head" gang member out of Riverside County that producers from the show recruited due to many "Laughing Stocks" have dropped out from the club after season 2. Christopher did 5 years for drug possession and he did 95% of his time at the California Rehabilitation Center in Norco. This place is the famous Hotel California in which there are no cells and only bunk beds in a dorm setting. Christopher got into a drug debt while at Hotel California and ratted out fellow Inmates who were out to collect and tax his a$$. However, he talks tough as if he really hard timed it in a real hardcore prison. He was transferred to the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego. Christopher was housed in Facility 3 which is a Sensitive Needs Yard for rats, child molesters and gang drop-outs. Christopher was last paroled in July of 2011. Well before season one ever started filming. His CDC # was V-21272 and he was discharged off parole in August of 2012. Season two did not start filming until late fall of 2012. If Christopher was on parole he would not be allowed to be affiliated in a gang or wear any type of gang clothing. The producers of the show have done a terrible job trying to make this show appear realistic. They do not realize that people in the know will hit the blogs with facts about how fake this show really is.

Did you ever notice that their patches kind of look like the Red Cow on the Baby Bell Cheese? Or maybe that's the patches for the girls side of the club.
