File this one under: OOOPS.

"Wheel of Fortune" aired an episode last night that featured a puzzle with the answer "The Fast and the Furious" ... just days after Paul Walker died ... and now the show is in full spin mode.

During the show, producers ran a crawl on the top of the screen that read, "This episode was taped a few weeks ago, prior to the tragic passing of 'The Fast and the Furious' actor Paul Walker."

After the show aired, Pat Sajak tweeted, "Feel terrible about timing of 'Fast & Furious' puzzle tonight. Taped long ago & went out to 200 local stations days ago."

Still, it's unclear why producers didn't simply pull the episode to run at a later date.

TMZ and the rest of the media are running every story they can remotely associate with Paul Walker and the name of a movie on a game show is supposed to be an issue? Why is it not an issue that networks routinely run movies of stars right after their death?

Is saying the name of his most successful acting adventure on TV a bad thing? The guy died. Everyone dies at some point. It was a totally random thing. But think of it as a TRIBUTE and not something else. I have NO PROBLEM with the puzzle. And Paul should be proud.....no one is doing a puzzle of "OUT OF THE BLUE".

The only reason anyone even knows who Paul Walker is comes from those movies. Given that EVERY story about his death has mentioned the movies I don't get what the big deal is.

This is getting more and more ridiculous. Pretty soon no one will be able to speak at all because everything is offensive or politically incorrect. I thought this was America, but its starting to look like the U.S.S.R. There is nothing to apologize for. A man died. He starred in many movies. We're all sad for him and his family. That's all.

The people who say Really offensive things - like Harry Reid "why should I help those children" just roll on. But the ridiculous things seem to require apologies ad infinitum. What an Alice In Wonderland world we live in now. Very depressing.

So now no one should talk about, watch or in anyway mention the very movies that this actor starred in and that he obviously loved. That's just stupid. It's not like it was a joke episode poking fun at the actor or the movie.. it was frickin' Wheel of Fortune for crying out loud.

Why should they pull it? People need to grow up, stop being so sensitive and get a life.

I know Sajak said that because of the stupidity of people today but honestly they have nothing to be sorry about. Should we all stop driving cars for a while because some person died in an accident and they happen to be famous??
Seriously schools need to start teaching common sense because most people have lost it.
