Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0221-bieber-01
Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

My prediction: He'll accept the deal then just go on his merry drug-addled way. Any failed tests will make a big stink in the gossip rags but that'll be it.

PEOPLE LOOK HERE PLEASE

Florida: Underage DUI

If First Drunk Driving Conviction: if an under-21 driver has a .02% or higher BAC, the driver’s license will be suspended for six months. The results could be a lengthier suspension if the driver’s BAC is over .05%. Above .08% BAC a driver may be subject to jail time depending on the BAC, and a fine ($1,000 to $2,000)

If Second Drunk Driving Conviction while under 21 Years: if an under-21 driver has a .02% BAC or higher for a second DUI, the driver’s license will be suspended for 12 months. In addition, a second DUI may result in imprisonment (10 days to 12 months, depending on the BAC) a fine ($1,000 up to $4,000 depending on the BAC

This is BS. Throw this Spoiled Brat in jail!! Teach this rich spoiled brat a lesson. No one else can get away with what the Brat has done. Just proves that money and being famous will get you out of anything. This kid is nothing but Dog Sh*t. Send him back to Canada where he belongs. Over 200,000 people signed the portition to send him back to Canada where he belongs. I am waiting for him to kill someone. Nolthing would happen, just a slap on the writst, and tell him to be a good boy. I hate this piece of sh*t!!

So the ignition lock would go on his ONE car? Would he have to pinky swear not to drive another one?

Nobody Special

What a lousy deal, I would tell the prosecutors, I'LL see you in Court.

Beaver has Roy Black, one of the best lawyers in the USA. Roy seldom loses a case.

Another example of USA Big Brother trying to control people.

Beaver did F*ck-Up when he got busted, he should have said nothing, zero. Only, I want my lawyer.

He admitted to smoking weed and taking pills. This was his big mistake. He could have had this case dropped by now if he kept his mouth shut.

Never say anything. Get a Lawyer. The Cops will always say, "We want to help you, but you gotta tell us your side of the story". After they gave him the Post-Miranda Rights Statement.

Don't fall for it.

It will never happen. He will fail on every count and they will once again slap him on the hand and send him on his way. Then one day he will end up dead from and overdose or manage to kill someone else and everyone will be asking why.

Typical outcome, if you are famous and have money you can get away with anything in this country. If that were a common Joe, he would be paying for this for the next 20 months. Sickening.
