Snooki just regained a cents of smell ... because a rival company has been ordered to stop peddling a knock-off version of her signature perfume, "Snooki."
A judge ruled Excell Brands cannot use Snooki's face or likeness to sell their "Snazzy" fragrance, according to court docs obtained by TMZ. Her real name -- Nicole Polizzi -- is also off limits now for marketing and packaging.
We broke the story ... Snooki sued for $2.4 million over the company describing the fragrance as "our version of Snooki by Nicole Polizzi."
The judge has yet to decide how much cash Snooks will get -- but the smell is all hers.
