Justin Bieber

Cops Plea Deal with D.A. in Egging Case

EXCLUSIVE

Justin Bieber Plea Deal
Justin Bieber's criminal vandalism case is over before it even began, because TMZ has learned Justin has copped a plea.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Justin's lawyer will appear in court Wednesday at 1:30 PM PDT and plead no contest to misdemeanor vandalism.

We're told Justin will receive NO jail time.  He will be placed on 1 year probation and be ordered to perform community service.

We're told Justin will also be ordered to pay restitution to the neighbor whose house he egged.  The neighbor has repair bills totaling around $20,000.  A big part of the house needs to be re-plastered ... and it's very expensive Venetian plaster.

We're told Justin's people will have something to say after the court appearance.

Glad to see vandalism has no consequence if you are a rich foreigner.

LA Law... A situation comedy, rumor, and a public welfare program for people with college degrees.

I still think the Feds need to step in, take over, and ensure equal justice gets served there. It's not like anywhere else in the country.

That's too bad justin won't be going to jail. I think he should spend a little time inside, he's already prepared for it anyway with his stupid tattoos and he's been working out too. Look out gang bangers inside, justin will shank your ass

Get rid of him, what does he offer the US anyway, that's what his residence here depends on and it's not been anything good in a long while. We can run roughshod over Donald Sterlings private conversation, taped illegally ruining his business when I know most have said worst than that man in a private convo but we can't get rid of this punk, America should be ashamed of itself.

The only real reason this should have been a felony charge is he terrorized his neighbor and children. This wasn't a prank war between friendly rivals gone bad; it was a celebrity being a douche.
