Lisa Vanderpump's hubby Ken escaped the long arm of the law this week -- when he was pulled over by a cop in West Hollywood ... for something that probably WASN'T EVEN HIS FAULT!!!

Here's the deal -- sources tell us an eagle-eyed cop spotted Ken's fancy Bentley cruising down Santa Monica Blvd. at nighttime WITHOUT his headlights on.

But here's the rub ... we're told Ken had just picked up Lisa from their restaurant SUR ... and we're guessing that's where things went wrong.

WHY? Because he probably left the car with the valet ... and sometimes valets TURN OFF YOUR HEADLIGHTS (even if they're set to automatic) ... and it drives us frickin' CRAZY!!!!

Anywho ... Ken didn't get in trouble for the headlight issue, the cop let him drive off without a ticket.

We can't confirm the valet thing either ... but c'mon, you KNOW it's happened to you.

There could be a canine calamity tonight on "Dancing with the Stars" ... because we've learned Lisa Vanderpump's pooch Giggy will dance his paws off.

Giggy -- a permanent fixture on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with more than 65,000 Twitter followers -- has been added to Lisa's inaugural dance number ... and if all goes according to plan (i.e. no poo mishaps) the pooch will hit the floor LIVE.

In fact, we're told Giggy -- who's slated to make his entrance at the end of the routine -- has been rehearsing non-stop with Lisa and her pro-partner Gleb Savchenko.

Gleb might make the Pomeranian a permanent fixture ... it all depends on his performance ... and how well he wears sequins. 

Pressure's on.

Lisa Vanderpump is returning fire after Adrienne Maloof called Lisa's Bev Hills restaurant a "disaster" -- and her first shot ... a low blow about Adrienne's plastic surgery.

Lisa delivered the insult moments ago outside her restaurant Villa Blanca -- which Adrienne has been bad-mouthing around town, giving it a 2 out of 10 and calling it a "disaster."

TMZ broke the story ... Adrienne is on the offensive now that she's opening her own Bev Hills restaurant just blocks from Lisa's.

Lisa said she wasn't aware of Adrienne's restaurant aspirations -- but when she heard what Adrienne was saying about Villa Blanca ... she did NOT hold back, mocking photos that are circulating that allegedly depict Adrienne's nose job. It's pretty harsh.

Adrienne Maloof is picking a food fight with Lisa Vanderpump by opening a competing restaurant ... and Adrienne is telling her business associates, she's gonna "kick Lisa's ass!" 

TMZ has learned ... Adrienne -- who is leaving "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- is opening a restaurant in Bev Hills, just blocks from Lisa's Villa Blanca. 

Adrienne is telling her business partners her restaurant will blow Villa Blanca away.  In fact, she's saying on a scale of 1-10 (10 being great), her archrival's restaurant gets a 2, calling it "a disaster." 

As for Adrienne's eatery, it will offer comfort food -- steaks, seafood with a Mediterranean twist.  It will seat 200 people and will be "celebrity friendly" -- with a private entrance in the back.

As for Lisa, she told TMZ yesterday her business is great and said if Adrienne's been complaining that "Real Housewives" hurt her business it's her own damn fault.

We're feelin' a spin-off.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump is blasting a planned boycott of her show -- saying if Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer's careers have suffered ... it's their own damn fault.

We asked Lisa about some bigwig Hollywood lawyers and managers who are advising clients NOT to join "RHOBH" because it could damage their careers ... a la former 'Housewives' Adrienne and Camille.

But Lisa took a jab at her ex-costars -- basically saying the girls got what they deserved after behaving the way they did on the show. It's pretty biting ... especially with her accent.

LV added -- while exiting her restaurant Villa Blanca -- HER career is doing just fine, thank you.

Lisa's also got something to say about Adrienne and Camille's replacements. Check the clip ... but we'll say this -- she's either covering up, or we know something she doesn't​.

Bobby Brown's going to jail ... Lisa Vanderpump's going to "Dancing With the Stars" -- we're not sure what they have in common ... but they were buddy buddy last night after a fancy celebration dinner.

TMZ broke the story ... on Tuesday Bobby was sentenced to 55 days in jail for his third DUI -- but on Wednesday night he enjoyed dinner at Madeo with family and friends ... and walked out of the restaurant arm-in-arm with Vanderpump.

It's news to us that BB and the 'Real Housewives' stars are pals ... but last night they even joked (we hope) about sharing custody of LV's pooch, Giggy.

Bobby wouldn't say when he'll turn himself in -- he has until March 20 -- but referring to the sentence he did say ... "It's what has to happen."

"Dancing with the Stars" producers are taking a HUUUGE gamble, because they just signed Andy Dick to join the cast ... a notorious loose cannon whose last stint in TV was "Celebrity Rehab."

Sources close to the production tell us ... Andy was on the set today ... along with Lisa Vanderpump, and D.L. Hughley (who are also believed to have signed contracts to compete on the show).

We're told Andy has been paired up with one of the new dancers ... and one connected source tells us, "He's more for comedy ... nobody expects much from him."

Still, one source insists Andy is taking the competition very seriously and wants to prove that he's for real.

Andy's a risky cast choice for LIVE TV -- to say the least -- considering the troubled actor's been in and out of rehab, has been arrested a whole bunch of times ... and has a reputation for being unpredictable.

As TMZ previously reported ... Wynonna Judd, Kellie Pickler, Aly Raisman, Jacoby Jones, Sean Lowe and Victor Ortiz have already signed on.

An actress/restaurant server claims she was the victim of sexual assault and battery at Lisa Vanderpump's Beverly Hills Restaurant, Villa Blanca, and she's suing Lisa and the man she claims did the dirty deeds for more than $5 million.

Karina Bustillos -- who has appeared in "The Mexican Conspiracy" and "86'd" -- claims in April, a Villa Blanca manager, Michael Govia, told her to close her eyes. She says when she eventually opened them, Govia's mouth was open with his tongue sticking out, right by her mouth, in an attempt to kiss her.

Bustillos says she complained and then Govia began retaliating, calling her a "bitch" and a "c**t" and telling other servers he could "get her" -- implying he could sleep with her if he wanted.


She says in August, Govia allegedly approached her and aggressively twisted her wrists. She says when she asked him to stop, he responded, "I will do whatever I want. I'm the manager."

Bustillos says she complained to others but no action was taken. Bustillos also says Lisa Vanderpump gave her the cold shoulder after she complained.

Bustillos, who claims she was forced to quit, is suing Lisa, her husband, Ken Todd, the restaurant and Govia for more than $5 mil.

Lisa Vanderpump tells TMZ, "The waitress had a falling out with a manager.  Of course I take that seriously.  We've looked at all the cameras and there's no sexual harassment." Lisa adds, "This is just a disgruntled employee."

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump finds it difficult to believe Paul Nassif choked one of his children -- telling TMZ, Adrienne Maloof's estranged husband "always looked like an amazing father to me."

You'll recall, Adrienne has obtained a temporary restraining order against Paul on behalf of their children, after claiming he choked and spanked them. Adrienne was awarded temporary custody of the couple's kids the same day. (FYI -- Paul wasn't present at the hearing to defend himself because he wasn't told about it.)

But yesterday in Beverly Hills, Adrienne's co-star Lisa found it all hard to swallow -- insisting she always knew Paul to be a good dad.

For Paul's part, he tells TMZ, Adrienne's allegations are "utterly false" and he plans to vigorously defend himself in court.

Paul says, "It is becoming a bit of a circus isn't it? The phrase 'all is fair in love and war' must have been penned by a divorce attorney."

Still, he adds, "I'm going to stay utterly focused on [my children's] well-being and the knowledge they need equal time with both of their parents both of whom love them very much. I'm sure all will be fine and when all the emotion of the moment dies down, Adrienne and I will be terrific co-parents."

Prince Harry's package is so small ... he shouldn't be allowed to call himself a prince at all  -- this according to British "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump.

Lisa was out in Beverly Hills earlier today when we asked if she's seen the pictures -- and she must have been living under a rock the last 12 hours ... because she hadn't.

So our camera guy showed them to her on his phone -- and Lisa replied, "I need a magnifying glass to see that! Hold on, let me get my glasses."

Once she got a good look, Lisa handed the phone back in disbelief, saying, "That's not a ROYAL penis!"

Oh, but it is.

The cast of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was evacuated from Adrienne Maloof's home moments ago -- shutting down production of the show -- after a neighboring house caught on fire.

But it wasn't just any house -- it used to belong to Lisa Vanderpump and was featured significantly in the first two seasons of the show.


We're told the damage to Lisa's old mansion is already "significant" -- and firefighters are currently on the scene, desperately trying to extinguish the blaze. No word yet on how the fire started.

FYI -- Lisa recently sold the house. It's unclear if the new owners have moved in yet.
