Atlanta Falcons wide receiver
Roddy White is definitely NOT dropping the ball in his paternity case -- in fact, the Pro Bowler says he's willing to pay whatever it takes to support his baby boy.
TMZ
broke the story ... White's baby mama
Stacey Hott told the judge she was expecting a "generous" amount of child support because Roddy makes a FORTUNE as one of the top receivers in the NFL.
And according to court docs filed in Georgia and obtained by TMZ ... her wish came true -- because Roddy agreed to fork over $3,200 per month in child support.
Plus, Roddy promised to take out a MASSIVE life insurance policy on himself, with his son as the beneficiary ... just in case. And to top it off, Roddy also agreed to cover the bill for Hott's lawyers.
A judge signed off on the agreement this week ... thus ending what seems to be the most amicable child support dispute involving an NFL player ... maybe ever.
Atlanta Falcons stud wide receiver
Roddy White is stepping up to the plate in
his paternity case and admitting he IS the father of a 5-month-old baby boy -- but there's a catch ... TMZ has learned.
White filed legal documents in Georgia earlier this month ... acknowledging he DID father a child with a Georgia banker named
Stacey Hott ... and he's willing to accept responsibility.
But according to the docs, White isn't ready to fork over child support just yet -- despite Hott's claim that he's capable of providing a "generous" amount due to his massive NFL salary.
Unless the two can strike a settlement quickly, a judge will get to decide Roddy's payments.
Calls to Roddy's people have not been returned.

Atlanta Falcons superstar
Roddy White is being targeted by a female banker ... who claims the wide receiver made a special deposit in her womb last year ... and now she wants him to pay for it.
According to court documents filed in Georgia, a woman named Stacey Hott claims Roddy is the biological father of her 4-month old baby boy ... and she believes Roddy should provide child support ... lots and lots of child support.
In fact, Hott claims. "[White] is a professional athlete capable of providing generous support for the minor child commensurate with his earnings."
The "earnings" that Hott is referring to is a $50 million contract White signed in 2009.
She's also demanding Roddy take out a life insurance policy for himself ASAP ... for the "benefit of the minor child."
Roddy's agent had no comment on the situation.
