TMZ broke the story … Courteney snapped a bone in the middle of her Cancun vacation. Her people say she lost her balance and she used her wrist to break her fall.
Apparently the injury wasn’t on her shopping arm ... or her money arm ... because we shot her buying some expensive swag at Fred Segal.
