But, soft! What light through yonder window breaks? It is former NFL star Eddie George ... performing Shakespeare in the streets ... for a TMZ Sports camera guy.

George ... who's been doing Shakespeare for years now ... was out at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills when our camera guy asked if he could rattle off a few lines from one of his favorite Billy Shakes plays.
