Floyd Mayweather IS making beautiful music with the hot 19-year-old girl he's been seen with ... the platonic kind ... managing her music career and NOT dating her, TMZ Sports has learned.

The woman's name is Raemarni Ball ... and since she met Floyd in London last month the two have been seen in Miami and Los Angeles together, prompting some to ask the obvious question:

Is he getting that?
