Dallas Cowboy Orlando Scandrick Picks Off L.A. Mansion For $2.8 Mil

Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick just got himself a sick new L.A. crib ... for his kid's crib ... locking down a 5 bedroom monster for a cool $2.8 mil.

The place is huge ... 6,300 square feet with 7 bathrooms, a saltwater pool and spa and a basketball court. It's located in a private gated community in Tarzana ... about 40 miles from Dallas Cowboys training camp in Oxnard.

We're guessing Scandrick upgraded to accommodate his growing family -- his longtime girlfriend, Draya Michele, had a baby boy back in April. We're told the deal closed this week with the help of Rodeo Realty's Tony Truisi.

Scandrick is still trying to unload his other home ... located deeper in the valley ... and that's on the market for $1.795 mil.
